The bed was broken and I was sinking! I expected everything to be old but it seemed quite run down, I paid for 2 nights and only stayed one, it is central but not very cozy.

Al check in en joven nos hizo esperar 10 minutos, por el reloj póqueres estaba al teléfono. El problema es que no nos miraba, no nos hacia un gesto, como si no existiéramos.

Bien por su precio
El sitio es normal de acuerdo a su valor, es tranquilo pero no hay atención en el hotel, en la mañana no había nadie que me atendiera, pero en general esta bien.

Por ser un hotel pequeno aqui la offisina abre a las 8am y cerramos a las 11pm. gracias por su comentario. y disculpa

Sorry for the inconvenience we close the reception at 11pm during the weekdays. There is a number at the front desk for the on call personal.

used tenia una reservasion en Julio 16 no vino y tampoco cancelo su reservasion. No te robamos te cobramos una noche por no contactarnos. espero que entienda que todo hotel tiene sus polisa.

tuve una muy mala experiencia en el baño, me di una caida un fuerte gilpe en la rodilla a Dios gracias la estoy contando pude haber golpeado mi cabeza con la tina y quizas no lo contaria, cuando pusr la queja me dijeron que son estructuras antiguas y no pueden hacer arreglos alli, Dios proteja a todos los huespedes de una situacion como yo lo vivi

I am sorry you told us you fell, and at least it was the last day of your week's stay. I have not had that complaint in 3 years so I would not say the bathroom has anything dangerous in it but I am sorry for the experience you had.

Thank you for posting the picture to show that after Christmas and New Years Eve small business often have damage that has to be repaired or renewed and consequently affects our prices. Luckily this type of incident is rare, but it does happen as nothing lasts forever!

Hi I am sorry for your experience, sadly we are a small hotel so if you arrive particularly early for check in we need to know in advance as it is usually 3 pm not 12 noon and the same for check out, which should be 11am as we need to clean the rooms and get them ready for the next guest. Please call in advance and we will do our best to see to your requests.

The rooms were clean and bright. One room had no draws, only a table with the microwave. No night tables beside the beds. The rooms were clean and bright. The staff was courteous.

Really nice historical hotel. Our only complaint was the bed.. my husband is 6’3” and even he had trouble getting in the bed, it was sooooo high. We understood the bathroom situation because it’s an older building but the bed was way high. Next time I will call and see if they have a lower bed.

staff was very nice and knowledgeable hotel interior and rooms were very clean several restaurants are within walking distance the shower heads are a little low if you are tall aka over 6 ft I would highly recommended this hotel and would stay there again
