The space does not include:
- Central Air
- Elevator
- Child stairway gate (you may bring one.)
This is the perfect place for a couple of couples or a handful of buddies.
It easily houses a small family - contact me to be sure your kids are safe here- not `baby proof` You get the point!

This home has been set up for you to enjoy and to use. Be sure the next guest has the same opportunity. An entry code will be given to access the building.
All three floors are available to you.
The main floor - kitchen, bathroom, dining room & living room.
Upstairs you will find the two bedrooms.
The basement houses the washer and dryer.
Bonus!: To top off that feeling of a simpler time, head on out and relax on the front porch. Also, enjoy the side yard`s cozy sitting area.

If there are situations which require my help, I can be there. But for the most part guests are on their own to enjoy their stay.

There is a bus stop one block over.
Some guests have used Uber and Lyft from the house.
Pretty cheap ride since it is 1 mile to Downtown.

This home is a Licensed Rental Property with the City of St. Cloud.
PLEASE NOTE: Guests alone are responsible for ANY loss or damages to their personal belongings in and out of rental space.

*Place shoes in shoe tray, thanks!

*`Pets Allowed` means up to 2 Dogs. Be sure to alert host. $100 pet fee will be added to your stay.

*Full flight of stairs to bedrooms without baby gate. Contact host if you are comfortable with this arrangement.
