“A nice caravan in a vary large caravan park on the eastern edge of Newquay. The photo on VRBO has used a little artistic licence - it is surrounded by other caravans. However everything else is as listed. Slightly confusing information on arrival - telling us there is complimentary food etc to use but then saying we will be charged for what we use. It's either complimentary or it's chargeable. A clean caravan, facilities as listed. I would stay again if in the area.”

“The rooms are quite dated, the majority of the pictures shown are for the first floor rooms while the ground floor rooms are lot more dated and feel like the disparity is quite big. The room itself has two bathrooms and the ensuite had a very foul smell when we first entered and the second bathroom had a damp odour to it. The ensuite smell went away after the first night, but the second bathroom smells got worse over time as the ventilator was not working which we mentioned to the property...

“This was the perfect place for my son and me to stay for a week, with beautiful scenery, stunning views, and complete peace and quiet that made it feel like our own private field. There was plenty of space for others to join with tents if needed, and the owners were incredibly friendly and helpful, along with their lovely dog. We enjoyed the games provided and relaxing evenings around the fire pit. It’s also just a 10-minute drive to the closest beach, while still being within easy driving...

“The Ope is in a brilliant location right in the centre of St Agnes, with everything you could need just a few steps away - the superb bakery is a particular highlight! The annex studio was a real asset for our teenagers. The property layout is quirky, and as the listing says it definitely wouldn’t work for those with mobility issues, but we enjoyed it. The bathrooms are clean and modern with great showers. There was a slight mix-up with check in but the host handled it brilliantly and we were...
