Pésimo control de reservaciones
Reservé desde 1 mes antes una Suite Jr. pero cuando hice el Check-In me dijeron que no tenían ninguna Suite Jr disponible, que lo sentían mucho. Me ofrecieron 30 francos suizos en bebidas como "recompensa". Tuve que pedir 2 veces hablar con la gerente pero nunca me pudieron dar la habitación que había reservado y pagado. Me ofrecieron los 30 francos en efectivo y ellos aceptaron pagar el estacionamiento. Una experiencia muy desagradable

Breakfast buffet is mind blown with everything, hot, cooked, and cold so many different food items. I really enjoyed the hearty breakfast. The room was clean and clean, and the bathroom was spacious and I like the design of shower stall. Staff was friendly and welcoming. I definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking at this property. It gonna worth your money!

Gutes Business Hotel
Hotel liegt direkt gegenüber des Bahnhof St.Gallen. Die Altstadt ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Freundliches Personal im ganzen Haus. Die Zimmer sehr sauber und zweckmässig gestaltet. Je nach Lage des Zimmer ist mit offenem Fenster nicht möglich zu schlafen, da die ganze Nacht am Bahnhof mit Lärm von jugendliche zu rechnen ist. Im Winter funktioniert die Klimaanlage nicht und bei uns im Zimmer war es wie in einer Sauna. Das Frühstück einfach aner hat fast alles was man benötigt.

A true Valhalla when you are arriving or leaving by train to or from St Gallen. Right next to the station but quiet! Close to the gloriously quaint and beautiful parts of St. Gallen (5 min). Accessible to the Museums by foot (15 min). A great hub for exploring everywhere around the Town! Great breakfast to fortify you as you head off on your way!

The Walhalla is a great place to stay if you need to be close to transportation without having a car. It's located directly at the Hauptbahnhof (Main Station), so you can be anywhere in a matter of minutes and shops that are open on Sundays. But for a 4-star hotel, there is no restaurant (except for the fantastic breakfast bar). There was a a lot of dust on the shelves near the entrance where you hang your clothes, probably due to housekeepers not reaching that far back on the shelf. Tile on the bathroom walls also did not look properly cleaned. Not what I would expect for a hotel of this caliber. Additionally, no free water bottle, which was admittedly annoying after arriving and checking in late at night. Maybe I'm spoiled as an American, but most upscale hotels in the US have a fridge. Finally, rooms are large but very sparingly furnished. There are no security measures to keep strangers from accessing the upper levels. No one will stop you. So not great for women traveling alone.

Sehr freundlicher informativer, zuvorkommender Empfang. *gedeckter Parkplatz im Hof,2 *super hohe, bequeme Betten, *Kaffee-/ Teetheke, *TV, *Fenster zum Öffnen, *grosse, begehbare Glas-Dusche, duftende Körperpflegepodukte und Fön. *top Service: Sonderlebensmittel (GF, lactosefrei !danke für die Möglichkeit!) -viel zu viele Lichtschalter im Zimmer, -Handtücher ohne Aufhänger, -Restaurantbereich ohne Tischabfalleimer, -Hundehaltung im Restaurantbereich (inkl. Fütterung vom Büffet) habe ich als unpassend empfunden und störte mich

Good hotel in a great location
Hotel team were helpful and friendly. Only down side was that the double rooms are 2 single beds put together and therefore it’s not so comfortable.
