  • Great condo in St. George. Located in Sports Village with access to Clubhouse, which includes pool, hot tub, gym, tennis, pickle ball, racquetball, indoor golf, and play room. Access to the clubhouse and those amenities are free for up to 8 guests; any additional guests pay $3.00 per day per person to have access. One bedroom, one bath, sleeper sofa allows you to sleep 4 comfortably. Condo comes with full kitchen. Wifi and cable TV provided.

    The master bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has a bunk bed, and the family room has the sleeper sofa so you can accommodate up to 6 guests. The family room has a flat screen TV and DVD player. There is a Washer and Dryer for your convenience.

    For those of you who are outdoor enthusiast, there are hiking, biking, and running trails within walking distance. 11 golf courses within 10 minutes of condominium! (several within five minutes!), Mesquite is right around the corner only 35 minutes with more golf courses and great casinos with fantastic buffets, and for you nature lovers, Zions Park and Bryce Canyon National Parks, Grand Staircase, Great Basin National Park, Lake Powell, and the Grand Canyon are all within one-half day travel/fun!

Our experience was amazing. The location and amenities were exactly what we wanted and a price what was perfect for the budget. I recommend this property to anyone wanting to have a St George get away.

Spacious and well-appointed, great location

Colby (the host) was very responsive and the keyless entry made it easy for us to check in since we were arriving very late in the evening. Spacious rooms, a huge kitchen with every tool you'd probably need to cook a feast, big-screen TV in LR and BR, separate room with bunk beds. Convenient covered parking wasn't very far from the unit, and the location is very good - quiet but near the highway and a lot of the shopping in town.

This unit was great. Very spacious and clean. Stayed there with a friend and it worked great. It was nice and close to the clubhouse too!

Would not go back

If you like old , falling apart bedroom furniture, toilet that needs repair, toilet seat that should have been replaced months ago, clothes dryer that did work at all and a shower head with half of the nozzles stopped up with lime then this place is for you The only reason it gets 3 stars was the location close to the club house and pool.

Just as advertised.

I love not having to establish a relationship with property owners/managers. I check in effortlessly, stay, and drive away. Everything we needed was there on hand. We came for Tuacahn and this condo was just the ticket.

Great location comfortable accommodations

Had a great time celebrating our 42nd anniversary. Close to some awesome biking/walking trails and parks, and convenient to Tuacahn and Anasazi Steakhouse, our absolute most favorite place to eat in the St George area! Check in and checkout was easy. We didn’t use any of the clubhouse amenities on this trip but maybe next time as we will surely be booking again in the future. Host was super responsive to my emails. Thank you for that

A cozy condo that does its job

Property was clean and well maintained. A little small, but it offered everything we needed. It was a good place to sleep, clean up, regroup, and prepare meals. Highly recommend.

Great Place!

Perfect size and location. There was a snafu when I first arrived but Colby responded quickly and remedied the situation. The washing machine was a added bonus. I would definitely stay again.

Overall, a good place to stay!

We enjoyed staying here. We did read the reviews before we booked the property and knew the water pressure could still be an issue. The water pressure was low, but it was manageable. The unit needs some minor attention. The bathroom door squeaks loudly when opened or closed and the vegetable peeler could be replaced for one that is sharper. (Like I said, minor items). The new TV system is confusing to use and 90% of the time the sound (audio) didn't sync with the talking (video). This isn't the property owners fault. I'm just pointing out that that might be frustrating. It was to us. The unit looked like it has been newly painted which gave it a fresh look. Overall, it was a good place to stay.

Another great stay

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and it did not disappoint! We really love this unit. It is always been clean, well stocked with everything we need. Working with Colby is always easy. We will stay here again when we come to St. George.
