Nice place overall
This is a really nice resort. The lagoon is amazing and the pools, hot tubs and pickle ball courts are new and well kept. There were 2 families total and the space accommodated us well. The management communicated via text often and the check-in process was easy. I gave the review 5 stars and would probably come back but there are some things you should know before your stay. The upstairs 3rd floor loft does not have a bathroom. The only common bathroom is on the 1st floor and doesn't have a shower. The guests in the loft room need to coordinate with the other guests to use the shower in their rooms. There also isn’t a door on the loft so any noise from the loft carries down the stairs to the bedrooms on the 2nd floor.There is a separate hot tub nearby that isn’t part of the lagoon that you have access to. It’s nice because it’s close and not as crowded as the lagoon area. One downside though is on Friday and Saturday evening there were many college kids there that were obviously not part of the resort. They jump the fence then let their friends in. It seems to be well known that this hot tub is nice and isn’t monitored so it easy to sneak in.Desert Color seems to be the new hot location in St George. It’s more touristy than other areas but overall, a great place to warm up when it’s still cold where you live.
