Wonderful stay

My family recently stayed while visiting southern Utah. The home was very clean and well maintained. The neighborhood was very nice and all neighbors friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful & Peaceful

The property was beautiful and peaceful. Decorated nicely and excellent location for the activities we had planned. The heated pool and hot tub were wonderful after a long day of hiking. Thank you.

Nice property - excellent communication, very clean and in a great location - quiet, yet close to St. George. Great 5 day hangout. Only con was the lack of live television - it either wasn’t available, or there were no instructions on how to access it.

Stay at Ledges on Caledonia

We loved our stay here. Made wonderful memories that will last forever. The only thing I would have changed about the house is the initial smell when you walk in and mine and my husband’s allergies in the master bedroom on the main level. It smelled like animal urine(not overwhelming but definitely noticeable) and only when we were in the master bedroom did our allergies kick in. It is a beautiful place and we would definitely come again

Great rental, we’ll be back!

Overall a great vacation rental in a nice development. As golfers we were pumped to be right on the course, but because of some big bushes you don’t have a good view from the back patio. Didn’t get to play the course because they were closed for maintenance, but we will next time as it looks pretty nice. Short walk to the pool and pickleball courts, no need to drive. Enjoyed the upstairs patio with the fire pit every night!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Immaculate house. Easy walking to the swimming pool and pickleball. The bunkbeds in the loft were perfect for our kids in addition to 3 full bedrooms. Highly recommend this unit and we will probably look to rent again. Some of the chairs at the table need to be replaced, but otherwise, really great.

Fun pool and pickle ball and close to snow canyon, which is great for riding e-bikes-which you can rent at a discount. This unit is always clean, well stocked, and quiet. It was east to get in touch with management if necessary. And we always love playing on the old school video games in the loft.
