Anonymous In response to your comments re aircon - when you left your room and left the aircon switched on - my husband noted that the aircon mode was on HEAT. We switch the aircons on mid afternoon for all our incoming guests to ensure the rooms are cool - you have obviously accidentally changed the mode from cool to heat when you trying to amend the settings. It is a good idea to report a problem if there is one to reception so that it can be rectified or you can be moved to another room if necessary.

Booking made which you failed to cancel - message was sent advising procedure for after hours check in, heater left on in room for your arrival but you failed to cancel until day after checkin. Cancellation policy is 24 hours prior to check in not 24 hours after checkin.
