Needs a good cleaning
We were not given any instruction for check in until we called once we had arrived. Also, When booking a property with a cleaning fee, I would expect that we would walk into a clean unit from the previous renter. On the surface, it looked clean BUT there were so many areas of built up dust. We had to get something that had fallen under the bed and it was SO DIRTY! We had an 18 month old who had dirty feet from walking around in the unit. I tried posting photos but kept getting an error that my photos are invalid ??We stay at Las Palmas frequently in different units. This time we were a little disappointed with the clubhouse (which is NOT a reflection on the condo owner) but wanted to mention that as well. No working toilets in the women’s bathroom. The outside drinking fountain was not working. The drink station had more than half of their drinks out of order. For a busy and HOT Memorial weekend it seemed a little crazy. The water amenities were great for kids and families though.
