This place is well furnished, has plenty of space and is conveniently located on the first floor. There weren’t enough hangers, and the kitchen is poorly stocked. The kitchen cupboards had salt, pepper & coffee filters, that’s it.

Cockroachs

The initial appearance of the place was as expected. But the longer we were there the more I noticed a lack of maintenance and unclean areas. There was mold in the shower, the fridge compressor could be heard throughout the condo, little stuff that we just ignored. The worst was on the second night I went to the kitchen to get a drink and when I turned on the light I saw a small cockroach run across the counter. I was able to get rid of him but in the morning the same thing happened again with another one. We packed up and left that day (one day early). I text the managment for the property like the instructions said and I've still not received a reply from them. This property management group runs multiple rentals in the complex, hopefully the others are better maintained than this one but I will never rent any of their properties again.

The condo was great! Exactly what we needed. Beds and recliners were very comfortable. It was very clean. Property amenities were great! Ground level was awesome for my husband who had a leg cast from an injury.

Fun get-away

We had an enjoyable time staying at this condo. We were close to the pool and other accessories to enjoy our stay. Area was quiet and easy to get to from major Freeway. We would definitely stay again.

Clean, comfortable, plenty of room

Clean and comfortable condo with plenty of room for spreading out with our stuff. Big bedrooms with walk in closets and comfy beds. Downstairs end unit made access easy and it was quiet. The complex has pools, hot tubs, and games at the clubhouse. Great family place.

Awesome and very clean

We were very hesitant to book a place after having terrible experiences with other sites. So we chose to try vrbo instead and I’m glad we did. This place was spotless. I went in thinking that we’d have to clean the place and there was no need. We swiffered the floors and the pad was still white afterwards without a spec of dirt on it. Same with the toilets and bathtubs both were flawless. Bed sheets were clean as well. We loved this place so much that we decided to stay one extra night which was super easy to do. The management team was friendly and easy to deal with. All the amenities were exactly as advertised. We were very sad when it came time to leave. I would live here if I could. Will most definitely be booking this place again in the future and because of the awesome quality of the experience I would also trust St. George rentals for a different place if needed.

Good condo & location!

I love the location of this property, it's quiet & only a short walk to the pool. The kitchen is really nice & functional, good bedrooms, TV has lots of options, needs a little updating in a few areas, but overall is a great property!

Cleanliness/couch bed/pillows

We have used VRBO a lot with good success and I have never wrote a negative review yet. Description stated that unit had a couch bed, which it does but when pulling it out mattress was disgusting and could not find the pump that goes with it. Pillows on the beds were also the cheapest worst pillows we have seen in a long time. I would recommend bringing your own pillows and would not plan to use the couch bed. We were already thinking we might leave a day early due to weather but the decision was solidified with the not being able to use the couch bed and the condition of the pillows… we only stayed one night and left early.

Spacious condo

The condo is clean and spacious and in a great location for the Senior Games softball venues. I would just suggest a new can opener and maybe some instructions on how to use the coffee maker.
