The Saint George River Home is a 10-bedroom, three-level custom home perfect for groups of up to 35 people and can handle groups up to 50 people for an additional fee. Family reunions and large group gatherings enjoy the many amenities and luxury of this vacation home and property. Situated on a three-acre oasis estate along the banks of the Santa Clara River, your group will not only have privacy, they will also have plenty of room to play right on the grounds. There is endless recreation right on the property. Groups will enjoy the indoor and outdoor pool and large hot tub, large grass areas, pickleball court, basketball court, volleyball, putting green, and gas firepit. There is endless fun on the property for everyone in your group! The indoor pool and hot tub are heated year-round. The outdoor pool can be heated in the winter from December 1 to February 15 for an additional fee of $199/day.
Fifty percent (50%) of the total lodging price is due upon confirmation of the reservation. Reservations made within 30 days of reservation date will not be confirmed without payment in full at time of reservation. Cancellations made within 90 days of the reserved date will forfeit 100% of the deposit made. All cancellations made before 90 days of the reservation will receive a refund of the deposit minus an 8% processing fee. We recommend that you purchase travel insurance.
Once you have made a reservation with a deposit you will receive a rental agreement. Please sign the rental agreement to complete your reservation. Seven days before your arrival you will receive an email with check in instructions by email.
