Update Needed.

Overall the property was very nice. The condo was clean and livable for the few nights we stayed. However, the toilet in the main bathroom did not and would not flush, not on the account of anyone in our party. Maintenance was called and they tried to fix it, but it made it worse. Our party was stuck utilizing one toilet for 8 people, 6 of which were girls. This was super inconvenient. The living room television and remotes did not work. I even changed the batteries in the remotes, but nothing would work. I was able to get the DVD player to work, but it took some acts of turning it on and off several times to get it to work. I would never be able to provide you with the actual process of getting it to work as it was an act of God. The beds were clean and comfortable, furniture was outdated and damaged. The condo just needs a little TLC and it would have been great. The pools were fun and the overall location is fantastic.

We really enjoyed our stay!

The best part of staying here was that they had heated swimming pools. We enjoyed the hot tubs. We loved playing pickle ball! The location is very convienient to traveling to local attractions and close to town. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic!

This condo was perfect for our family. We loved the spaciousness and the location. The property was clean and just as advertised. We love to bike and climb, so it was great to be so close to so many trail options. My only suggestion would be some other lawn chairs to use on the patio. I realize that it may be hard to keep furniture out on the ground level though. Maybe just know if you rent this condo, throw in a few camp chairs to use on the patio. Otherwise, it was absolutely perfect and we look forward to renting this condo again in the future.

Wonderful

This house was super clean , smelled amazing , and great location . The big comfy leather couch and the huge tv made the living room so cozy . Location was amazing with playground and pool and hot tub right out back door . We loved this place and had an amazing time . Thanks

Great vacation

The playground right outside the unit was the best perk, as we could send the kids to play on the playground while making dinner. Overall, a great experience. We would stay again.

Perfect Amount of Space!

We have stayed in other condos in Las Palmas, but this one won the cake! It has a great lay out and plenty of room for everyone in our family! The Kitchen had all the pots, pans, plates, and utensils you would need or want! The whole condo was clean and inviting! We loved being near the pool and the nice patio to sit on in the morning and evening!

Roomy and inviting!!!

We were very happy wth the condo and facilities. Everything was well kept and clean. It was nice to be on the bottom floor with access to the swimming pool so close by. Our daughter has been away for 18 months so we were looking for a place we could spend time as a family and enjoy each other. This was the perfect place! We really enjoyed our stay and will come back again!

Great location!

The condo was very nice and clean. Location was great! Having a ground level condo with the pool and playground right out the back door was very convenient. It was nice that there were separate towels provided for the pool as well. We would stay again! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because the beds weren't very comfortable. Other than that, no complaints at all!

Perfect location for families and kids!

We had a wonderful stay!! The condo was very nice, well stocked with all of the necessities (stocked kitchen, pool towels, games, blow up mattresses, etc) a tv in every room, with a HUGE tv in the living room. My favorite part was the location, it walks right out to the park and pool which made it very nice for our little ones to go out to play and still keep an eye on them. We would definitely stay again!
