St George Golf Trip

The house was perfect for (4) golfers as everyone had their own area to relax, bed and bathroom. It was in a beautiful location and easy to get to. Only downside to the home was the upper patio was not clean when we got there. Unfortunate, when you're paying such a large cleaning fee.

This place has it all!

The location is right off the Hwy. 18 exit and this home is very close to the pool/hot tub/pickleball courts. We are 3 golf couples and we enjoyed playing the Ledges course and the grill there was good (fish 'n chips is HALIBUT). The home is clean, quiet, comfortable and well equipped with kitchen, bath, and linens. We loved playing billiards and watching the sunset from the rooftop patio. I hope we can return someday and get the same place! Thanks to the owners. Best place we've ever stayed!

Amazing!

Clean, comfortable and beautiful home! I reserved this rental for out of town relatives to stay at for our wedding and everyone enjoyed their time. The home is in the perfect location with it being a short walk to the pool, but not adjacent so as to avoid any noise disturbances. Overall a great experience and home that our family has made mention of returning for another family get together sometime in the future. Thank you!

Very nice place

This is a very nice and well-furnished home. We've stayed at The Ledges before, and this was at least as nice as any of the others. Very conveniently located, with a short walk to the pool and pickleball courts.

Great Experience

Just my husband and I stayed here, so it was really more house than the two of us needed, but it was very comfortable, tastefully decorated and very clean. We ate out every night, so did not use the kitchen except to make coffee in the morning, but it appeared to be fully stocked with any pots and pans that you would need to prepare meals at home. Would definitely stay here again, especially if we have a larger group.

Great Area

This townhouse is in a great area, not too far from everything. The place is new and nice. Upon arrival there was a used coffee cup in the kitchen. There were not enough towels and washcloths. There were zero towels in the master bathroom. After the first day we noticed a terrible smell coming from the laundry room. There was a HUGE load of laundry stuffed in the washer still wet. There were at least five sets of sheets stuffed to the brim and they were all sour smelling from sitting in there so long. The dryer was also full of a ton of towels, beach towels and hand towels. We pay a hefty cleaning fee, there's no reason I should have to fold and put away laundry. We washed the sheets in three separate loads, as they should have been in the first place to properly clean them and they still have a sour smell. We ended up drying them and leaving them in the laundry room, hopefully the cleaners had something to get the smell out. The kitchen floor under the table was also dirty with crumbs. Perhaps there should be someone that does a final walk through to make sure everything has been properly cleaned.

Great weekend getaway!

This home is just beautiful and perfect for a family getaway! The kitchen is so well equipped with many small appliances (blender, griddle) that aren't usually found in rentals. The home's location is so perfect - just a door down from the fun community pool. We also loved the layout of the home and the upstairs pool table. I highly recommend staying here with your family for a great getaway!
