Tons of space to spread out. Wi-Fi worked great. We enjoyed having a full kitchen to pack lunches for our hikes. 25 min drive to Zion and the local grocery had everything we needed.

Hurricane trip

This house was all it said it was and more. The view was fantastic. We loved having three bathrooms. Big table for everybody to join around. The owner always responded within an hour to any questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Would not stay there again

4 PM check in time we could not get the door open because the cleaning crew had deadbolted the door. We contacted the owner and was told that the cleaning crew had left to clean another house and that they had not finished cleaning our rental and we were to come back at 5:30 - hour and one half past the check in time. TV remote that was on the table did not work with the TV. we found a remote stuck in the cushion of the couch which did work. Upon leaving I sent the following note to the owner to be told that they were aware but, could not fix anything because they were fully rented. We are getting ready to leave in the next 45 minutes or so. I wanted to inform you that if you have not been to your house for a while you have a lot of issues that your cleaning team should have told you. We did not do anything so just wanted you to be aware that other guests have damaged your home. The bathtub has three major chips that are very unsightly. The bathroom toilet paper holder has been torn off your wall. Only a portion of it is still on the wall. There is a free standing toilet paper holder next to the toilet that is ok. The light under the microwave does not work. The ice maker does not work as it appears to be jammed. The walls in the Kitchen and Hallway have major chips in them. Toilet seat has worn spots - unsightly. You also have a fire hazard next to your tv where you have way to many things plugged into one wall electrical outlet. I would not recommend this rental

President’s weekend

The house was great. There were beautiful views and lots of hikes nearby. We were in St George for a soccer tournament and loved being away from all of the crowds. I would definitely stay here again.

Thanksgiving with family

The host was very thorough with the instructions for the house and how to get to it. The house was the perfect size for our family. There were plenty of pans and electronics to cook with. The kitchen table easily fit 10 people. The house was stocked with plenty of toilet paper and paper towels. The beds and showers were great. It was very nice to have dispensers in the showers. Plenty of towels to shower with was so helpful. The wireless was amazing. It had 8 people on it and it never bogged down. The garage was big and spacious for 2 cars. Having 2 trash cans and 1 recycling trash can out side was amazing. The views out side the huge windows was spectacular. Thank you for an amazing stay.
