We had a fabulous day at THE PAD for spring break. It was the perfect size for our group. We had three families with nine children. The girls stayed in one of the bunk rooms and the boys stayed in the other bunk room. There were other rooms with king beds with attached bathrooms that were perfect for the adult couples. I was worried that the kids would get bored, but there is so much to do at Desert color. They provided paddle boards, kayaks, scooters, and a ping-pong table in the garage. We used everything. The kids were able to take the kayaks to the lagoon and stay happy all day. We also loved having our own private hot tub on the deck. The kitchen had everything we needed including a pancake griddle and ninja blender. We ate most of our meals at the house. Highly recommend the pad, communication was great and check in and out was easy.

CUTE Cozy & Comfortable

Great place to meet up with kids and grandkids for a fun little getaway!! Lots of great space!! Close to the fun Lagoon. Big giant cozy couches to just lounge and watch football and visit with your family!!

The Pad is very spacious and has a great gathering place upstairs where our large group could be together for games and activities. The kids loved all of the extras in the garage. The unit had been cleaned well but the carpets could use a deep clean.

Stellar Spot!

Everything was wonderful honestly. Each bedroom has a bathroom--super convenient. Hot tub water was crystal clear! Perfect place for a family or friend gathering due to all of the resort amenities so close by. The only thing I would say is that the place needs to replace the can opener and having a deeper clean on the main level laminate would be helpful too--we considered those things to be very minor things. Everything else was just top notch and gets a 5 star review from us!

Family Vacation 2023

We had a great time at Paddleboard Paradise. The unit was close to the lagoon and was a beautiful and roomie townhome. We would definitely stay here again. The whole family loved it. Lot of construction going on though. So, don't plan on sleeping in LOL!

Great place!!!

We loved our stay at The Pad! Comfortable and clean. Couches have seen some abuse and some of the rugs are kinda gnarly…but overall, a lovely place to come and be together with such a large group. And any issues we had were dealt with immediately. We would definitely come back!!!

Great place

This was a great place to stay. We had three families all staying together and had plenty of space. The kids enjoyed all the fun little additions the house offered (scooters, climbing wall, ping pong, hot tub hang out area, large family rooms to watch tv etc). Highly recommend!

Comfortable stay, great amenities!

The house was a perfect fit for our group of 13. The amenities made our trip. Of course the lagoon was a pretty sweet feature of this stay but the added touches of having scooters, plenty of rafts and a hot tub on site made this place one of the best experiences yet! I would highly recommend to anyone!

Amazing family getaway

We had over 20 family members there from 1 - 75 in ages. The rooms were perfect for socializing and we all slept well. The Lagoon was better than we expected. The water was clear and clean and perfect temperature. The toys we all used day after day by so many. There were also many places to go if you needed quite time or wanted to just watch TV. Though there is continuing development in the area there is a perfect relationship between construction and patrons. It was three amazing days.

Loved this place!

We had a wonderful Memorial Day weekend at this property with family! It was the perfect place to stay with plenty of rooms, beds, bathrooms, for everyone to feel comfortable! The kids didn’t want to leave! They especially loved the electric scooters and fun things to do in the garage! The pool and lagoon are amazing as well! Fun memories made! Thanks!

The Pad is AMAZING!!

I was so delighted to see that it was just as pictured. We loved the sizes and comfort of the couches. We visited for hours lounging on the big couch in the upstairs loft. Everyone complimented the comfort of the beds. We didn't use the room with the 5 twin size bunk beds so I can't speak to those, but I will say that I'd have loved to have a sleepover in that room when I was a kid. So fun! We loved the patio with the private hot tub. My only feedback is that it was filled too much so we had to limit how many of us got in there out of fear of overflowing. It could easily sit 6 but we had issues after only 3 of us got in. So I'd have less water in there. We spent a lot of time on the outdoor patio. We loved the fire pit and couches. The community amenities were fantastic. The wind limited us, but we enjoyed them while we could. We used the provided kayaks to play in the lagoon. This property even made hanging in the garage fun. The kids enjoyed the chalk wall and the climbing wall. We took a spin on the scooters. One was more cooperative than the other but they both worked. We enjoyed the ping pong table too. Honestly, The Pad was a great escape. I'd highly recommend it to anyone. We hope to stay again in the future! Thank you for such a fantastic getaway!!
