The villa was spotless, beautifully furnished, and surprisingly spacious while still feeling cozy. The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were genuinely comfortable, and the private patio was a great place to unwind after exploring. The location is quiet, safe, and close to restaurants, golf, and outdoor activities. Parking and check‑in were easy. Overall, the villa exceeded our expectations—well‑maintained, thoughtfully equipped, and clearly cared for. We’d gladly stay here again.

The property was nice and clean. We had one dog with us during our stay. We did not use the pool facilities. The host was always prompt with communication. We had 8 people with us, but there wasn’t a dining table, just 4 bar stools at the counter and then 4 more stools at a console table. Wouldn’t be ideal for a family sit down dinner or for the full 14 that this listing says it can accommodate. The couch has some wear. There was 1 other chair in the main living space also making it difficult for sitting together and watching a movie before we left for the day or before bed. The kitchen was fully stocked with almost anything needed for cooking. Overall it worked for us, but probably not for a larger group wanting to have meals together. The location was ideal for getting to all of our activities ; Zion, Sand Hollow, and the Crush golf. It was also centrally located for us to get to different family members homes in and around St George area.

Property worked well for our senior team. Never found garage door remote. Impressed with maintenance coming at 8pm for repairs! Kudos to Buddy for a job well done. House could use dining table suitable for a 4 bedroom home.

The place was clean, decor was nice and it fit our whole party nicely! Well stocked! Only thing I would add is more seating in the family room. Another sofa or a couple of chairs. There was room for it. Only other downside was the pool was freezing! (After we were told it would be heated) Overall, a great place

Beautiful Vacation Home!

This was the perfect home where we could stay together with our kids and grandkids. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for all of us. We also appreciated that we were able to bring our little dog with us. We would stay here again!

Spacious comfortable condo for a week's stay in St. George

We were in St. George for the Huntsman Games for a week. This condo was spacious, comfortable, and worked well for the week, with everything we needed to cook simply and relax. We loved taking a swim at the pool after our competitions. There was a nice bike/walking path below the condos, along a river. It was convenient to a Walmart and Smith's as well as eateries and other stores.

Would stay here again!!!

The property is right on the golf course and a short drive to St. George. The condo was very clean and new. Also, the pool was amazing. We brought our dog with us and it is very pet friendly. My only complaint is there isn't a place to BBQ. I had to pull the BBQ out of the garage and BBQ in front of the garage door. Other than that, no complaints.

Beautiful villa in a lovely neighborhood.

Enjoyed five days at the Bloomington villa with friends for the Huntsman games. We’ll stocked kitchen, comfortable beds. Will be back.

Great Place

The property was in a great location and had everything we needed. It was clean and very well appointed. We would definitely return. The only thing that would have made it a little more comfortable would be another chair (or seat of some kind) in the living room. With a party of five, it was difficult to find comfortable seating to watch movies or gather to talk. Thanks for a wonderful weekend!
