Not amused!
I was debating between the Hyatt and this place, SHOULD HAVE GONE WITH THE HYATT!!
To start the Hyatt was cheaper for our stay and had free breakfast. We chose this place cause nostalgia for my wife and convenience of location to where he family was staying.
Should have saved $$$ got free breakfast and drove the extra 5 minutes.
The craziness started the day before arrival when we got the email from the management company that more or less said “btw the pool key is lost, it’s a hassle to use the facilities, we are too cheap to replace it and haven’t so… good luck” 🙄🙄
Upon arrival and first site, this place is gross! Smells and smells even worse in the kitchen x10 when you run the dishwasher!
This place needs a major overhaul… disgusting carpet, tiles falling off the stairs and lack of extra bedding (like pillowcases) and pillows with stuffing. The pillows are so flat you’d be better off taking your clothes out of the suitcase and stuffing THE pillow case, yes… only 1 pillow case per person. We found extra pillows (also flat) but no extra pillow cases.
Hair all over the tubs and beds, not sure what kinds of stains are all over the floor. Mold in the showers.
Needless to say…. Not amused and won’t be back.
Some refund would go a long way for the discouragement.
