  • Upscale beach and ocean view condo with dedicated beach access just 25 yards from the front door.
    Features include: 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, open kitchen with breakfast bar, large front deck with picnic table and Adirondack chairs.
    Amenities include: cable TV, 45" plasma TV, blue ray DVD, dishwasher, microwave, shared laundry with 2 washers and 2 dryers, semi-private pool, wireless internet and dedicated parking with dedicated beach access. For any other questions or rental issues please call us directly at 229-347-1889

    Pet fee $75per dog non-refundable.... two dog maximum! A kennel is required if you plan to leave your pet unattended in the condo! Any reservations over 7 nights will have an additional maid fee for an additional cleaning service during the duration of your stay.

July 4th

We enjoyed our stay. The only problem we had was guests in the pool late at night and we had young children trying to sleep. It was a great location.

Cute place, great location. The walk to the beach was short even with it being across the street. The condo was clean and had everything we needed! My only recommendation would be to update the mattress and pillows in the main bedroom, but that may just be personal preference.

Beach Cottage

This property was perfect for our family of four. We could easily walk across the street to access the beach. The condo was clean, comfortable, and affordable. My school age children love the pool. We will certainly book this property again.

Very nice condo

The condo is clean, comfortable, cute, and conveniently located with a short, easy walk to the beach plus a view of the ocean from the deck. We loved it and hope to return.

Perfect Getaway

This condo had a great view, steps from the beach, plenty of space, everything you need, and super clean. We could not be happier with our stay. Great location on the island and great beach! Highly recommended!

We had a great time! A perfect convenient location with young kids. The property was just as shown in the pictures. The hosts were accommodating and easy to work with.

Perfection!

There is nothing about this rental that could have been better. The view can’t be beat; the proximity for a bike ride into town is perfect; the cleanliness couldn’t be better; the beds are supportive and comfy; the pool is the perfect size and temperature; and beach access is steps from the door. We will stay here again!

Perfect getaway

This lovely condo was the perfect home for an end-of-summer getaway with my young adult daughters. The owners were great to work with and the space was well-suited for our needs. The kitchen is bigger than you would expect for a condo of this size and the rooms were very comfortable. Very well-kept, with a short walk to the beach and a great pool. We loved it and hope to book again.

Pre-spring get-away

Loved sitting on the front porch reading with the ocean waves sounding in the background. You can see the ocean and some of the waves from the front porch so that was special. Great informal restaurants! Not crowded at all whether shopping or on the beach. Love that the area is so dog friendly!
