    3BR/2BA home with a great view of the gulf. Amenities include, two separate living areas, well equipped kitchen, 3 TVs, VCR, DVD, CD, book/game library, screened porch plus two sundecks, handicap ramp, outdoor shower, good beach views and easy beach access. NO SMOKING, NO PETS.

    Suncoast Vacation Rentals offers a wide selection of beach homes and cottages on St. George Island ranging from one to eight bedrooms. Our rates are some of the most competitive on the island, for which we provide nice beach homes for an affordable price. All of our beach homes have televisions with cable and DVD/VCR's. Last girls weekend before the I Do’s

Great weekend to celebrate the Bride and Bridesmaids. The house was just as described, easy check in and check out, the kitchen was well equipped.

Another Great Week on SGI

This was our 2nd year staying at Eire. We LOVE the location. Great beach access and view. It’s definitely a no frills place, which we love. Simple and roomy. We’ll be back again next year!!

Family Getaway

We had a wonderful vacation at Eire, SGI. The location was perfect with a close walk to the beach. We loved the screened porch with the coastal breeze keeping us cool. The trail was right there where we took morning walks. We had everything that we needed, right there. Thank you for everything!

seafood festival getaway

The house is very comfortable very convenient for all six of us we didn't even expect the upstairs area. All the appliance was workable and very usable we found all the light switches the air conditioner was even colder than we expected we just had a great time for the seafood festival pretty sure I will book with you again.

We had an amazing time at Eire. It fit our family of 6 perfectly. Plenty of room to spread out, but plenty of room to sit and gather as a family. While slightly outdated, it really is a great little house. I care more about comfort and less about looks… this hit the mark!! We’ll cares for. The location is wonderful with just a short walk across the street to the beach. Highly recommend!!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time. The layout of the property inside was great. The negatives were — I realize it’s a dated property but the sheets really needed replacing on the mater bed, floors were dirty and very few basics were there to get us through the first night such as soap for dishes.

Good place, stingy rental company

Four adults staying for five nights, and they gave us two rolls of toilet paper, two dishwasher pods, one trash bag, one dish cloth, and one paper towel roll. And when we asked for more, they acted like we were trying to rob them. "You signed our agreement," etc. etc. Pretty incredible, given that Suncoast rents dozens of properties on the island.

We spend as much time as possible on the screened porch when we not walking on the beach. The upgrades and changes that have been done are wonderful and beautiful. The staff at Suncoast Vacation Rentals are excellent we have been using them for our vacation needs for over 35 years.

Excellent house by the sea

The home was perfect for our family fishing and beach trip. The 3 bedrooms gave everyone space while providing a nice living room to come together for visiting and games. It was clean and comfortable. The ocean was visible from the upstairs room and easily accessed with a short walk. We would definitely love to stay here again. Thanks so much for sharing your home with us.

The house was clean had everything we needed for our stay. If there could be any improvement, it would be that the decking could use updating. It is rather weathered but still very sturdy. The children enjoyed playing under the house with the paved area for scooters. We loved the loft for tv viewing. It was just perfect. I don’t know of anything we would have changed.
