SEA BREAK offers you a seaside great room and two bedrooms on the first floor, along with the sounds of the surf from your covered deck. The living room and large kitchen/dining areas on the second floor provide delightful space for visiting with your family and friends. The Master suite and guest bathroom are also on this floor. There are also two porches, one on the ground level, beachside, and one on the north side, overlooking the pool. SEA BREAK is located in THE BLUFFS, a private community with its own pool, within the St. George Plantation, with a community boardwalk to the beach right at your doorstep. You and your guests will also enjoy all of the amenities of the Plantation, including the community pools, tennis courts, miles of pathways and bike paths.

The Bluffs Home Owner's Association: does not permit anyone (owners or guests) the usage of charcoal grills at any of the properties within The Bluffs, if a charcoal grill is found (used or not) on the premises and it is determined the guest was responsible for the grill being at the property, the guest will be held liable for the $500 fine charged by The Bluffs Home Owner's Association.
