This property is stunning! The evening sun on the big patio was perfect. The entire condo was spotless. A nice big living room and dining area were spot on for entertaining and watching football. Very comfortable beds and living room furniture. You are right by the pool and beach access. Parking is right in front of your door. We will be back!!

Excellent!

The condo is beautifully decorated, well equipped (kitchen and ready for beach with chairs, umbrella and beach towels) and a great location. I had a quick question for the owner and she responded immediately. A great experience all around!

Island getaway

This place is decorated so cute. It is a great place to get away from it all with just steps to the beach. The hosts were so wonderful, very responsive, and even left us a gift card. We recommend BJ's Pizza and you can pick up fresh seafood to cook at the piggly wiggly. The island is beautiful.

Villas of St George F1

This condo was one of the most convenient stays we’ve had, with such a well cared for and clean condo. She was a very responsive and accommodating host, and was extremely quick to solve any problems. On our first night, the hot water heater was found to not be working and she immediately scheduled a plumber to come the very next morning to correct the problem and kept us updated on the progress. We plan to make this our go to stay in St George from now on.

Our beach home away from home

This condo is so well equipped with the things you might need from the kitchen to beach equipment. It’s wonderful to be able to see the gulf just looking out the window. This was our 2nd stay here and we will be back again. It looks just like the pictures. This condo will not disappoint.

Great Location, nice clean unit, beautifully decorated & well maintained.

We really loved the layout of this little condo and the great location to the pool and beach, and surrounding restaurants! Overall the condo was well maintained and served our family perfectly! There were a few very minor things such as the Keurig not working, and the kitchen faucet extension hose not retracting properly. My only complaint is that while the owner was responsive to messages initially. There was never any follow through on their part. For example; some simple questions went unanswered and required several attempts on my part to get a answer. I was told several times, "let me get back to you", well they would never get back to me., I informed owner on check in, of broken Keurig, and a missing gift card. I was told that they would look into, and get back to me, of course they never got back to me. When paying this much for a condo, I expect people to do what they say they are going to do and follow through with questions, requests, or at least check in on you. Despite this disappointment, this was a lovely place, and I would highly recommend, and would stay here again.

Our Tropical Paradise

The apartment was immaculate, the beach decor was so inviting and the apartment was equipped with everything. Even beach chairs, beach toys and towels if you needed them. From the master bedroom and living room you get a glimpse of the ocean and with the doors open you can hear the surf. The pool was right outside our room and the ocean was right there. Just a fantastic spot. What was great too was everything was in walking distance. We walked to the bridge to watch the sunset, 10 minutes. Just magnificent. In the morning I woke to catch the sunrise. The beach was so peaceful and fisherman out there in the quiet morning. All you could hear were seagulls and the surf. Spectacular sunrise. The boys enjoyed the ocean with their sand buckets, boogie boards and playing with other children. Very wide beach and it was not crowded. Not like you see in a hotel where people are laying side by side on the beach. The children and adults had room to play on the beach, no trampling on other guest. This was Spring Break and it was such an inviting spot. You could not have a better location. We walked to everything. If you are looking for breakfast go to The Barbecue Pit, Blue Parrot for an open seafood restaurant that is has some great dishes. Go back to “our apartment” feeling so thankful and comfortable. Very quiet area and yet you see children playing and people enjoying themselves. Extremely laid back island. We can’t thank our hosts enough for giving us this most memorable week.

Well equipped condo

Sharon’s condo was the best equipped of all the vacation rentals in which we have stayed: plenty of cookware, cutlery, utensils, even both Keurig and standard coffee makers. Sharon was very easy to reach and to work with. When we were unable to get the dishwasher to start, she was ready to send someone by to check on it. Fortunately we soon realized that we needed to hit start while holding the dishwasher open then immediately close it. Though we did not use the clothes washer and dryer, we think it might be a good idea to leave basic instructions for their use near them in the hall bathroom. Thank you, Sharon, for helping make our stay so comfortable. Bill and Sharon

Too short of a trip
