We like the location of the property being close to everything on St George Island. You could walk to the lighthouse, gift shops and restaurants. The beach is located right on the property. Easy walk to the water.

Great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Need to put toasters in the rooms. Put small tea bags in the rooms for non coffee drinkers. Please use non scented detergent and fabric softener on the bedding, my allergies were kicking in after two nights staying there. I've stayed here several times and never had this issue before with the scents.

Perfect! Private, Clean, Best Location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My friend and I stayed for the weekend and found our room to be perfectly clean. The only thing that was off putting was that the gate to get in was not locked and would not lock so the code to get in wasn’t necessary. It would have felt safer and more private had the gate lock worked. Otherwise we were very satisfied with our time there.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A wonderful stay. Quite, surprisingly being so close to the blue parrot!! The smell of pot was pretty bad but that wasn’t something Sun coast could manage.
