We enjoyed our stay very much. The location was great! Just a short walk to the beach and a short drive to all the restaurants. The living room sofa and chair could use an update, but otherwise, the house was very clean and had everything we needed. This was our first time to St. George, and we can't wait to come back.

Our host was amazing and very attentive to any need we may have. He made sure the pool company came out and the pool was heated. It was clean and very comfortable for a multigenerational family to vacation.

Our favorite place to eat is Paddy’s.
Food is wonderful at Paddy’s.

We absolutely love the property. Several members of our party have issues with stairs and this ground level house was perfect. The beds and seating were comfortable. The heated pool was very enjoyable. Our host was very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely rent this home again.

Wonderful stay on SGI

We cannot say enough positive things about our stay at Sea Level! From the cleanliness, comfortable beds, spacious living area and beautiful swimming pool - Everything was just perfect! We will most certainly be back for another stay.

Family stay at ST Georgie Island.

We loved this property. So close to the beach just like it states in the listing. The kitchen is really well stoked the best we have seen. Krista is a great host.

Sea Level was perfect!

Great vacation!

Great stay, very clean. Close to beach, 5 minute walk. Plenty of room for everyone. Quick response for any questions or needs and super friendly and helpful. Very quiet and peaceful.

Fantastic house!

Cannot say a nice thing about the second party company that manages this property! They were awful! The property owner was the best! The couple of hiccups we had he completely solved or absolutely did his best! The house! Spacious! Beautiful decor! Beachy feel throughout! Large rooms! Plenty of space for the 7 of us. The pool was so wonderful. Was cleaned during out stay as is done 2 times a week. She was pleasant and done quickly! Will definitely be back!

Great place

We had a great visit to SGI. Kista is an awesome host and sees to your needs constantly. The house is incredible. It is simple but sophisticated in so many ways. We have already talk about returning and going fishing with Krista. We are looking forward to our return trip to 965. Thanks so much.

Family trip

We booked it because we was wanting to try somewhere different for vacation. The house itself was nice plenty of room about a three or four minute walk to the beach. The downside was one of the bathrooms. Had an out of order sign on it when we got there one did not have a shower and the one that did have a shower it was very small and they said that the pool was cleaned twice a week, but we was there seven days and no one ever came and cleaned it or vacuumed it there was still sand and dirt on the bottom of the pool the whole time we was there that wasn’t really that big a deal to us, though if we ever went back to St. George Island, we would probably stay there again

Vacation 2023

Krista was very friendly and great to work with. The house was close to the beach. It was very clean and comfortable. It was convenient with 2 refrigerators. The swimming pool and outdoor shower was nice. The gas grill was convenient. Krista, the host, Is a captain. She connected us with getting sunset boat ride. I highly recommend staying here.

Great place to stay

Our stay at Sea Level was great. The house was spacious for our family of five. It has a nice open kitchen with lots of counter space. The bedrooms are very spacious too. The pool was clean and a treat to swim in of a late evening. It was less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. The property manager was easy to get a hold of and easy to talk to. The house is located in a quiet community. Overall we would rent this house again. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Spring break 2024

We had a smooth early check-in. Property manager was great about meeting us in the middle of the night to check in. We had a lot of privacy and space in the house. You didn't feel on top of neighbors. The walk to the beach was super short and easy. The extra kitchen space came in handy for cleaning fish and storing them in a separate fridge. There really is only one shower but it worked fine for us. Very layed back vacation and very enjoyable 🌞

No Joy!

Because of hurricane Helene, acess to the island/ property was blocked. 24 days later and the property manager will not return my messages and I cannot get a refund! Do not stay at any of their properties!
