We had such an amazing family summer vacay in this house on St. George Island!Check In was super easy and the host was very responsible with any concerns.The beach access was a short easy walk even shorter with a golf cart!Favorite thing about this house was the roomy living space and large kitchen

We loved our stay. Comfortable beds. Well stocked kitchen with everything that was needed to cook our family meals. Great beach chairs and umbrellas! Nice pool area. This home is very spacious for a big dumpy to spread out and still feel like you are together.

Loved the Proximity to the Beach

This house had a really nice layout for a family gathering. Having a pool was a definite plus, it was used quite a bit. Having such a short easy walk to the beach was wonderful. Definitely appreciated that the property was pet friendly. Only thing we might've wanted different would be a gas grill.

Second year staying at this property and still love it. Great for our family of 10. Plenty of space so not running all over of each other. Pool is nice size, and just walk right across street to beach. And just a hop skip and jump to stores, restaurants, and of course ice cream shop. Additionally, property manager is definitely on top of things to make our stay perfect. Highly recommend this property.

Family Anniversary Getaway

The property is very nice, tastefully decorated and furnished. All of the party were comfortable and relaxed in the house, which was good because it rained every day of our stay. The kitchen well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, condiments, spices and seasonings . I have only a comment, that it would be nice to have the building surrounded with grass or some form of landscaping. To stop the sand spurs, from sticking in us. Reaching out to the owner was easy, and our problem addressed immediately We all had a lovely time. Thank you for sharing your house.

Perfect location and set up!

We had a wonderful weekend stay at the property. Overall, location was perfect. The house was large and perfect for our group. It appears that they’re doing some upgrades to the property which is nice. The only recommendations I would offer are a deeper cleaning of the furniture as we did notice a lot of sand on the fabric couches in the sitting area off the living room. I would also recommend a second trash can, as the renters before us filled the only trash can there is and we had a large group so we had to set all the trash bags out by the road without a can to put them in. I would also consider some newer pots/pans. The kitchen is well stocked but the pans were heavily used and not in the best shape, and the blender was broken. None of this affected our overall stay and we would hands down return, just some feedback for the owners to consider.

Comfortable Stay

We really enjoyed the large spacious beach house. The big dinning room table with glimpses of the ocean was great. Well furnished. Appliances and kitchen was well tooled. Nice pool. Nothing negative could be said. Me and my family will hopefully stay here again. Maybe 2 weeks next time. Great property with easy beach access.

Enjoyed this spot!

We visited the island last week for a short weekend. It was actually our first time staying off the beach and we loved it. The house has such easy access to the beach but also great access to other nice areas of the island. We rented a golf cart (would have been fine with out it) and it was a great location to take evening golf cart rides to check out the islands. The owner is really great. When we arrived the air conditioner was not working. I gave 4 stars for the check in process bc it was painfully hot loading all of our stuff in. BUT the owner had the repair person there with about 2 hours it was fixed. That was amazing! The space is great, nice appliances and lovely porches and pool area. My only complaint is the beds. They are extremely uncomfortable. Mostly because the bed frames were so rickety that every time you slightly moved the entire bed squeaked and creaked. We experienced this in the upstairs rooms and the twin room downstairs. I would love to visit again, but I'd definitely want to make sure the bed issue was resolved bc it was not very good sleep while on vacation. Otherwise an awesome house and host!

Great vacation

Our stay was great. Good location on St George Island. Very clean house. Had everything you need to cook with. The heated pool was also a nice addition. Owners responded quickly with a few questions we had. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Time With Friends

There were 4 couples (8 in total) who stayed at the house and there was plenty of room for all of us. There was plenty of room to spead out, eat together, play games and just relax. We were only one block from the beach which was great for plenty of beach time. Also Rachel (the owner) was great to work with and quickly responded to questions. We all had a great time!!

Perfect gathering spot

The house was beautiful and spacious. Enough room to spread out for privacy yet it encouraged coming together in the living area. Gorgeous view of the Gulf. Well supplied kitchen. Great location!
