Stay cool as you park in the shady carport large enough for four vehicles and unpack your groceries seamlessly into the well appointed kitchen. The spacious screened porch also boasts dining furniture for coffee or cocktails while enjoying the ocean breezes. Grill out and dine beachfront on your private ground level sun deck! The split floor plan affords privacy for large gatherings or two families traveling together. House is close to center of the Island, but worlds away in terms of privacy, seclusion and close neighbors. Sleep well at night with upgraded mattresses listening to the sound of the waves.
