Deckadence by the Water

  • Just meters away from the waters of St. Georges Basin this property is a perfect getaway for couples or young families. This bay is fantastic for water skiing, wind surfing or kayaking (and fishing of course). The waterfront reserve has a boat ramp for small craft and the main boat ramp is only a few minutes drive away. Children can swim safely in clean water which is cordoned off from boats.

    It's just a short stroll to the Cooee Pub (great food) and the local shopping village, which includes Supa IGA, Chemist, Newsagents and specialty shops.

    Accommodation is high end and includes 2 bedrooms - main has a Queen size bed and Bed 2 has two singles. The kitchen is fully equipped and the property has air conditioning.

    Although there is a great BBQ area at the back of the property you will want to spend your time on the deck, having a drink and watching the brilliant sunsets at the end of the day.

    Plenty of space for parking.

    You're welcome to bring your small dog (up to 10 kgs). The back of the house has an enclosed area for them - approx 20m x 2m. Sorry, but not suitable for larger dogs.

Great location and well fitted apartment. Host was communicative and even offered a solution when we had car trouble. I would not usually stay in a place twice, but this may be the first time ever that this becomes a reality.

Nice location

The house is near a lake, with beautiful sunset. Is a 15mins short drive to Huskisson where u can find lots of good eats. Easy check in, host is friendly.

Perfect Family Stay in a Convenient Location

Stayed over the weekend to attend Nans 80th birthday party and the property was amazing plus we were able to take our small furbaby with us which was a huge plus the accommodation had everything we needed and the location was right by the lake great spot Thanks Linda

Lovely peaceful spot near the water.

Spotlessly clean stay with everything you need for a quiet getaway. Very close to a picturesque little park where we sat in the late afternoon admiring the sunset over the water. Great little park for kids and a shallow and calm swimming spot for the little ones. Definitely stay there again

We had the most lovely stay in the property over a weekend. We were in the area for a wedding and wanted something local to the event.The property location is perfect. You can see the water from the front verandah. We spent the afternoon with some drink sitting with a lovely view. By the water is a lovely little park, so great if you have kids! A walk just up the street to the local shops and pub! We had dinner there and it was great!! The property itself was beautiful!. It was very clean and had everything you could need! It was just as the pictures showed. The host was great to communicate with and check in was a breeze.We will definitely be staying again and we have already recommended to our friends and family.

Location location location

We have had a marvellous time staying in this house. The deck is huge and is the perfect place to watch the sunset over the basin which is just at the end of the street. Close to local shops and a short drive into Jervis Bay. This is our second stay and we’ll be back!

Great location

Perfect location for a family holiday. Close to the gorgeous Jervis Bay beaches, then back to the house and down to the Basin for swimming and kayaking. Our little dog loved the location as well swimming everyday to cool off

Quiet but handy to everything

We found the property to be very comfortable, clean and peaceful exactly what we were looking for. The location is close to the local IGA for supplies and an easy drive over to JERVIS BAY and the attractions it holds.

We loved our stay

The apartment is beautifully furnished and equipped with everything we needed. The spacious deck was perfect for enjoying sunset dinners with a stunning lake view. It was incredibly peaceful and conveniently close to all the attractions in Jervis Bay. I look forward to returning soon!

Property was super clean, had everything we needed in the kitchen, so we could cook....and use the BBQ...it was really close to the water and had a great park at the end of the street overlooking the water with children's play equipment.

Relaxing holiday

We had a wonderful stay at this property. So close to the water and walking distance to the shops and pub. It has everything that you need, it’s well maintained and the beds are very comfortable. I would definitely stay again.

Great getaway perfect for the whole family

Lovely little house, very clean and modern. It had everything we needed, an enclosed yard for the dog, close to the Basin for fishing and swiming, and a short drive to the beach. Would love to stay again and recommend it to others.

Wedding Weekend

This property is beautifully presented and close to all facilities at its location. The owner has gone to great lengths to provide everything for a great getaway or holiday. It is modern and very comfortable, close to the water very peaceful.

Relax on the deck

From check in to departure is stress free. The coffee on the deck looking at the water was such a great way start the day. Highly recommend.

Great location

Great place to stay, awesome location. Very clean only issue we had was screen door lock was broken so we couldn’t lock door properly which was abit frustrating because we had our 1 year old with us.

St Georges Basin

This property (Deckadence) is in a good location ,short walk to shops and waters edge. It is well catered for and has everything that you would need for a good stay, as well as being dog friendly.
