This is good Sandals with the best feature being the direct beach access. Pink Gin rooms offer the sounds of the waves. The nearest pool is the "quiet" pool. The second pool is the more lively swim up bar. There is a terrible situation with the lounge chairs at both pools and the beach. Folks are required to keep towels from the night before, wake up at 5 or 6am and reserve chairs. Often the Butlers beat everyone and simply reserve 75% so the frustration is even greater. While you may not like the game, you have to play it or else. Food waa good with the Itialian restaurant being the best in our opinion. The night time entertainment is good but some nights it is quite sleepy music and many people retire early...perhaps to help with getting up before dawn. Club level was not as valueable as we had hoped. You really have to push for what you want and you might get 50% of it. The in room bars were low shelf products. We were able to request better ones that are offered at the bars across the resort but only one was provided. And there are no snacks in the room at all. Most employees werre great. Kind, caring and authetically happy. Other exceptions exist but you can avoid them. Lastly, communication is poor. Events are not announced for each of the days and pepple wind up missing them. Overall a good Sandals but needs some improvements.
