  • New and cozy 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath cabin on Lake Content. Lake Content, which is quieter at 239 acres, connects to premiere 1,671 acre Big St. Germain Lake. Relax on 170' of walkout sandbar, enjoy great swimming and warm up by the outdoor firepit on the shore. The large wrap around deck is the perfect place for morning coffee or an evening cocktail with views of the lake. This home features a 2 car attached garage & custom high-end finishes throughout. Open concept main floor with kitchen/living/dining room and master suite with large walk-in closet and bathroom. An additional half bath & laundry area complete the main level. Head downstairs for 2 additional bedrooms, full bathroom and huge rec room with walkout to the backyard with nearly 3 acres of private wooded land, this home is sure to be your haven in the Northwoods! Family Time

We enjoyed our stay very much..the house is very nice and spacious..we went paddle boarding and swimming and enjoyed the warm weather..suggestion for possibly solar lights to light the grounds during the night as it is extremely dark and maybe a flood light off the back of the house for bonfires..Also like many other reviews stated, the walk to the lake is somewhat challenging with the pebble path..Family time was GREAT..Thx

The perfect stay!

The property was exactly as described! Very clean and spacious, amazing view of the water from the house with an incredible sandy waterfront, perfect for swimming! Check in was a breeze. The walk down to the water was a tad steep but you get used to it pretty quick. Everything you could ever want or need while staying in a home it was provided, very convenient! Would definitely stay here again!

The house had everything we needed. We have two boys (6 & 8) and they loved having the downstairs as their own space, provided for some great bonding. The Western facing view allowed for some awesome sunsets and very enjoyable post dinner campfires. St. Germain is a nice town with a few good restaurants. We headed into both Minocqua and Eagle River for various activities. Bike trail picks up just down the road.Highly recommend this listing.

Amazing views from the deck! House is very clean and well maintained. We had an amazing time and caught tons of fish. The host was very helpful. I would recommend staying here anytime! My family had a great experience!

Content on Lake Content

We had a very enjoyable, relaxing week with our family. This is a very lovely home and has wonderful indoor and outdoor spaces to enjoy. View beautiful sunsets from the deck, a spacious kitchen for preparing meals, comfortable seating for movie nights and game nights. Extremely clean and inviting! Would definitely stay here again!

Family loved the Trout cabin, Xmas 2023

Beautiful, elevated views of Lake Content. Check in and check out couldn’t have been easier and the 11:00am checkout time is a major plus. The place was unbelievably clean upon arrival and the 6 pack of spotted cow on the kitchen counter was a very nice touch and much appreciated. Would definitely stay here again.

Early Summer Vacation

House and location is perfect. Our family of 4 enjoyed our time here and will be back next year. House is stocked with everything you would need to enjoy your time at the lake, by the fire or just relaxing indoors and playing games with the family. The owners have thought of everything and it was nice that everything was so new.
