Beautiful views, friendly staff, and close to everything. The room is nice. The carpeting is old, and the bathroom is older, but it was kept up nice. We would stay here again for a short visit.

The hotel room was filthy. We brought our pet with us, and it had base board heating which I dont trust with a pet and the Lakeview you get is kind of on an angle. Under the bed was disgusting, was definitely not prepared to let my pet into this room. The staff was very helpful though and did give us a refund which was greatly appreciated.

Was an okay motel. Not a very sound place. Price was way too much for the kind of place it is even for holiday weekend.

On the lake - nice area to sit by lake. Run-down - particularly bothersome, the shower faucet had been repaired sloppily and v difficult to turn.

When I walked into room overwhelming bug spray smell. Then got locked in a closet sized bathroom.Anyone large couldn't fit in this bathroom.Realized there a nail for a lever to let you out.Was paranoid all night. The beds were full size not queens. Stay away unless you want to stay away watching shadows walk by or what was going to crawl on me.Thought I would stop get some much needed rest. Not at all should have drove through.

Room was in need of upgrade. We were there 5 nights. Only once did housekeeping attend to our room. It appeared that several rooms were long term rentals.

Floor was dirty and the shower hardly drained, it was a pool of gray water you got to stand in... Positive, the bed was very comfortable and the ac unit did a good job at keeping the room comfortable. When staff was asked for more towels, they provided very quickly.

This motel served its purpose, it gave us a place to sleep for the night. The room was charming, with knotty pine panneling. The room was also clean. The bathroom is tiny, and looked a bit unfinished. Everything worked in the bathroom, and it wasn't dirty, just looked like it had been an afterthought when building. It appeared that many of our neighbors were there for longer stays. The biggest challenge was finding parking, as there are limited parking spots.

Clean, older property. Excellent view of the lake. When we stayed there the temperature wasn't very warm which was a good thing because our AC unit was not very good. If you just need a place to lay your head while you're doing other stuff, it would suffice

The front desk and housekeeping were very friendly. The room was very clean. I liked the knotty pine walls, which invoke an "Up North" feeling. In general the property was maintained but there were a couple issues. The TV remote hadn't been programmed (?) and was NOT intuitive to use. After several minutes of frustration the front desk guy had to be called to get the TV to work. There should be a written instruction posted for its use. The biggest issue for us however was the bed, it is way too soft to sleep comfortably. I could sit on it and sink down almost to the box springs. I did not sleep well and woke up with a sore back. The mattress needs replacement. Just an FYI, if you're sensitive to soft mattresses or prone to back pain you may want to avoid this place. If you like soft beds, this motel will suit your needs.

The property could use some updating in the rooms. The bathroom was extremely small with a very old shower stall. Could have been a little cleaner. Hardly enough room to turn around in bathroom. The beds were nice. The view from the room was beautiful. There was an old upholstered chair in the room that looked quite dirty. Very accommodating for a last minute reservation.

Smelly- air fresheners so strong trying to hide the must and mold smell. We left and asked for money back. Ty to front desk for assistance. They also agreed the room was terrible.

Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful for our late night arrival. The room...well...the beach front view and access was amazing but the room needs some help. If you can get "nose blind" quickly, the musty smell isn't too bad. No counter space in the tiny bathroom and not really much table space in the room. And walls are really thin. Just need a budget place to lay your head on your way through...this place does just fine.
