Man merkt das die Vermieter sich sehr viel Mühe geben das sich der Gast wohl fühlt. Ich kann jedem diese Ferienwohnung nur ans Herz legen, ihr werdet nicht enttäuscht sein. “Die Wohnung bot von der Ausstattung alles, was wir für eine entspannte Urlaubswoche brauchten. Die Lage war optimal zum Porthmeor Strand und dem Zentrum/ Hafen. Wir brauchten kein Auto in dieser Zeit und kamen überall zu Fuß hin. Der vorhandene Parkplatz war kostenfrei. Lebensmittel konnten wir mit Rucksack ohne Auto gut einkaufen. Zu berücksichtigen sind die Steigungen innerhalb St. Ives, denn der Rückweg geht immer bergauf. Belohnt wird man mit dem Ausblick auf das Meer von der sehr ruhig...

As the living area (combined dining room, lounge, kitchen) is quite small, it would have been tempting for the owner to enhance the image to make it look bigger; he hasn't so what you see is what you get. It should be noted that if guests intend to prepare substantial meals, there is minimal food...

“The apartment was fantastic, exceptionally clean, spacious, included everything we needed, parking, a five minute walk to spoons…but it was that view that was amazing. Overlooking Porthminster Beach and the railway station. The weather wasn’t always great, but you can sit by the window with a cuppa and it’s feels like you’re on the beach, but keeping dry. And at night, lie on the sofa bed and listen to the waves. Great to be in the centre of St Ives and any questions, Marie was just a text...

The property has everything you need for your stay and was spotless. 1 minute walk to the beach but quite enough to be peaceful and 5 minute walk the the harbour where everything is . The bars and restaurants are great. Added bonus was the car parking space that’s available just around the corner at a additional cost but so worth it as st Ives is a busy place so you can imagine parking is at a premium . Wi-Fi...
