- With stunning sea views across Porthmeor and Godrevy Lighthouse, this beautiful spacious and artistically designed home is located within a short walk from St Ives’ blue flag beaches, wonderful shops, galleries and restaurants and is ideal for friends and families alike. Generously spread over three floors, Mavericks also benefits from parking for two cars and a beautiful private courtyard.
The large open plan living and dining area is tastefully decorated in blues and yellows, reminiscent of sunny days on the beach. The living area boasts two comfy sofas, tub chairs, Smart TV, Sonos sound system, DVD player, stunning electric fire and Arco lounge lamp. There is also a large selection of books and games, perfect for family nights in.
The kitchen is stocked with all mod-cons including gas hob, integrated oven, dishwasher, large fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave and Bosch Tassimo coffee machine.
The dining area, complete with seating for eight, leads out through foldaway doors to the private courtyard.
All bedrooms at Mavericks benefit from wonderful sea views across Porthmeor, Godrevy lighthouse, St Ives Town and Harbour.
The large master bedroom is decorated in sunny yellows with a stately king-sized bed, two armchairs, striking artwork, ample storage and views across St Ives Town and Harbour.
The second bedroom, with bubble-gum pastel shades, offers a king-sized bed, Juliette balcony, ample storage and en-suite bathroom.
The third bedroom is youthful and fun, offering two single beds and sea views across Porthmeor and Godrevy Lighthouse.
The fourth bedroom is decorated in coral tones with turquoise highlights and fitted with double bed, storage and views across Porthmeor and Godrevy Lighthouse.
There is a large family bathroom situated on the first floor fitted with bath with shower over, WC and wash hand basin.
On the second floor is a stunning shower room with bath with rainforest shower, wash-hand basin and WC.
The second bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with rainforest shower, wash-hand basin and WC.
There is a further WC with wash hand basin on the ground floor.
The private courtyard at the rear of the property is a wonderful sun trap in the summer months, with outside seating ideal for alfresco dining.
