We had the most amazing stay this Easter. We had a last minute change of venue and it was the best decision we made. Neil and Lisa were fantastic with communications. The house was stunning, it really felt like home with everything you would need but with the added bonus of the most stunning views from every room. Great location, near Carbis bay beach so great for walking. They kindly let us bring our 2 little dogs too so we were over the moon that we could stay. We will definitely be back. My favourite holiday home to date. Thanks so much for having us x

Just had a wonderful couple of weeks in Carbis bay. We all just loved the house. Spacious, well equipped, comfy beds, enjoyed the hot tub and… wow what a lovely view (from every room!). Lisa and Neil were great hosts -communication excellent and any issues were dealt with speedily. Very handy for the nice sandy, sheltered beach at Carbis bay (good for SUP ) yes it’s a bit of a steep walk (5-10mins) but doable….Also handy for train into St Ives (takes 5mins) and some good local restaurant options. Loved it, want to go back!

Amazing views from this lovely holiday house

We had an amazing week stay at this beautiful house. The views are incredible and just a 5 minute walk to Carbis Bay & a stunning walk along the coastal path to St Ives. Great house, well equipped with everything you need. Fantastic hosts, great communication. Perfect base to explore Cornwall.

Breathtaking views

Beautiful house with stunning views over carbis bay. Very well equipped with plenty of space inside and outside for everyone. Comfy beds and the hot tub was an added touch. Walk to carbis bay was 6mins down a steep hill and tesco superstore half a mile away for convenience. Neil and Lisa were exceptional hosts providing us with a brand new bbq for our evening outdoor dining and were on hand immediately when the shower leaked that was dealt with the next day. Unfortunately the dryer part of the washer/dryer didnt work so struggled to dry our towels after the hot tub but we were provided with an airer. It was our first visit to this house and we usually travel around cornwall but we loved the beach so much that we stayed all week and we even saw shooting stars at night. We loved our stay here so much so that we are in the process of booking for next year!

Fantastic location and view

Have just enjoyed a really fabulous stay at Supermen Wyn. The location is absolutely prefect.. 5-8 mins tumble down the beach, 5 mins to the station for an easy ride into St Ives and then a clutch of restaurants/cafes within walking distance and a TESCO on your doorstep... And what a view ...

Carbis getaway

House exactly as described. Very clean and beds super comfy. 10 mins down to beach or train station via narrow wooded pathways, with steps in places. 30 mins or so walk to St Ives depending on your fitness/walking speed. We did this most days and often walked back too; again steep in places but lots of benches to catch breath if needed. With Carbis and St Ives there’s always an uphill (often steep) walk at some point but totally worth it for the views. The house has fantastic ones. Tesco also only a 5 mins drive from house or 10-15 uphill walk which we found really handy. A fabulous week and fabulous weather too

Fabulous Cornish Coastal Property

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at this Carbis Bay property. The house itself is spacious and modern, extremely comfortable and well equipped, with the standout feature being the coastal view enjoyed from the house and the spacious outdoor decking. The location is also fantastic being a short (albeit very steep!) walk from the lovely beach in Carbis Bay and around an enjoyable 40 minute walk along the coastal path to St Ives. Highly recommended.

Fabulous week

This is a truely special place to stay , nestled in the hill too if Carbis bay it boasts a FANTASTIC view of the sea from every bedroom. The access to the beach is only a 5 min walk but a very steep one so good shoes recommended ! The house was well appointed although I do recommend doing a food shop before you arrive as once you arrive you won’t want to leave !! We all enjoyed our stay , thankyou

A fabulous stay in an gorgeous house!

We stayed at this wonderful house for February half term, enjoying winter walks on the beach and even the occasional sea swim. The house is spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything you need to relax and unwind. The hot tub is fantastic—perfect for soaking while watching the sunset and listening to the waves. Carbis Bay beach is just a 10-minute walk away, and the train into St Ives is even closer. All in all, a brilliant stay—we’ll definitely be returning!

Fantastic house in a prime location

We loved our time in this beautiful house. It was perfectly set up for parents, grandparents and 3 children, with enough space for us all to feel relaxed and also enough space at the kitchen table for us to enjoy meals together. The hot tub was a wonderful luxury, but the ping pong table was an added surprise that kept the children happy for much of their free time in the week. The hill down to the becah and train station was a challenge at times, but definitely worth it! Tescos is literally round the corner by carand the 3 minute joirney into St Ives on the train was a quick and coat-effwcrive way of gwtting to the town withiiut the hassle of deiving down those narrow streeta and finding somewhwre to park. Eil and Lisa were greeat hoats and all in all, we had a brillinat time!

Great space and beautiful location

We had a great stay at this property for two weeks in September. The house is wonderful and spacious - which is hard to find in the area! The views especially are beautiful. Location is fantastic, just 10 minutes down to the beach with lots of amenities which are part of the carbis bay estate. The hill is steep but as long as you take it steady it’s very manageable. We managed with two small children, a pram and all the beach gear! Lisa the host was fantastic, super responsive and resolved any issues we had immediately! In our opinion there are a few areas of the house that are in need of a little TLC and there were some little touches missing for an accomodation type of this level, but nothing that would stop us from returning in the future

Spectacular views, great location

Photos can’t convey the beauty of the bay and beach views from this lovely, modern home. Well-equipped, spotless and comfortable too. Near St. Ives but away from the bustle. Bus and local train nearby. Large grocery store. Beach just down the path, which is steep but very navigable. And a hot tub! Perfect.

Amazing holiday

Had a great fortnights holiday at Spernen Wyn. House was spacious, well equipped. Views are out of this world. Kids loved the hot tub and garden. Plenty of off street parking and just a ten minutes walk to Carbis Bay Beach and train station. Hosts were great and replied to all queries promptly. Will hopefully be coming back. Perfect place and location

This property has been finished to the highest standards, with all rooms incredibly well catered with all that is needed for a luxurious, relaxing stay. The bedrooms were spacious, comfy and all equipped with large TVs (something the kids loved in their own room!). The open plan kitchen diner was the perfect family space, and the hot tub was a daily fixture offering true pampering! We could not fault this place and will not hesitate to book again. Wonderful hosts who were responsive, accommodating and very in tune with what a good holiday home should be like!

Great stay !

We had a wonderful stay in this house. Its very bright & spacious with very comfortable beds . Waking up to the beautiful view of Carbis Bay was gorgeous. We enjoyed the walk down to the beach & the walk back up kept us exercised ! Its a great location. We would definitely love to return !

Fantastic house in a beautiful place

We loved our stay here. The house was wonderful and had everything you could possibly need. Very spacious and super comfortable with a stunning view of the bay from the rear. About 10 minutes walk to the beach and about the same to the local supermarket the location is ideal. Would definitely revisit if it was available.

JUST PERFECT!

Stunning location and stunning house! The house has everything you need including little thought out extras and all good quality. The view of Carbis Bay from the hot tub and veranda are amazing and you would never get fed up of looking at it! Great communication and information from the hosts Neil and Lisa. Amazing House

The house never disappoints. We stayed here for our wedding at The Carbis Bay Hotel. Having previously stayed here it was better than we remember, so much space, parking for multiple cars, perfect location, all the facilities you need and the views over carbis bay are simply spectacular. Especially from the hottub. The hosts Neil and Lisa are fantastic, communication was excellent. Thank you for having us, will definately return. Paul, Emma and Evelyn
