Had a poor experience at this hotel I would not visit again I checked in 31st March had a long drive down the woman on the reception was not helpful at all we checked in slightly earlier but she just said check in is 3pm I get that I’ve travelled the world my point is she was just rude she couldn’t even suggest in waiting in the lobby, I had to take all my cases back to the car as there is no direct car park for this hotel which is another joke no one tells you this till you arrive so they take your keys away we don’t know where it gets parked and they keep the keys, well I wasn’t going to let that happen.
Went for dinner that night the guy that welcomed us was very nice and welcoming as for the other staff which really let’s this places down are very lazy not pro active I asked for 2 cocktails a pornstar Martini I’ve never seen a pot rat martini served like this before was so watered down and the presentation was poor, dinner was good apart from the desert chocalte pudding more like rock hard straight out the freezer when asked the waiter he said he would let the chef know that’s no good like I said poor customer service let’s thisplaced down then at brekkie my chair broke in front of everyone again the staff are not active at all so lazy I had to ask if I could move tables and then on top of that we had to wait for our cooked breakfast over 30 mins bearing in mind the hotel is not busy yet so I dread to think what it would’ve like at peak
