The property was good looking and the location was very central. Personnel was very attentive. However, there were 3 things that did not like and that usually most of the hotels provide. 1) Internet: When I tried to log in to the hotel Internet the WiFi connection required me to pay an additional fee to have Internet access. There was a free connection (requiring the guest to suscribe to the hotel’s reward program). I did suscribe but was not able to access to Internet I even tried to contact IT and Room Service but they told me I needed to pay. 2) Microwave: One day I needed to heat some food in the microwave and was surprised the room did not include any, so I asked room service if they have one available but they told me that I would be charged 30 USD for using microwave they had at the reception. 3) TR Room: After checking out from hotel, the concierge told me there were not any charges additional to what I had already paid but later in the day I received my hotel receipt where they charged me 167 USD plus taxes for the concept of TR Room which I was not informed was going to be charged.
