Breathtaking Views at Unicorn By The Sea Villa

  • Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Unicorn By The Sea has 3 Bedrooms, 3 1/2 Baths, Breathtaking views, swimming pool, BBQ Grill, and Gourmet Kitchen. The main house has 2 Master Suite Bedrooms on the bottom level and there is a separate cottage with an additional queen bed with full bathroom and kitchenette. The property is very private, you can not see any neighbors and they can not see you. Fish Bay is the perfect place to relax after a long day at the Beach with your loved ones. You'll have a wonderful time stargazing at night and drinking coffee before kickstarting your adventure each day!

    The house is equipped with a Tesla solar system and backup generator, so you will never have to worry about power going out (a common occurrence on St John). The cisterns have been deep cleaned and the water is treated with a top of the line filtration system, so there is no need to buy bottled water like at most houses on St John. The house has local internet service as well as StarLink (satelite internet) to insure maximum internet reliability. If you have any questions, feel free to ask! We love this property and we're confident you will love staying there as much as we do! Unicorn has some of the most amazing views on the island! You won't regret it :-)

Unicorn by the Sea was perfect house and location for our trip to St John. House had all the amenities plus more and was very well maintained. Loved the open air kitchen. The views were beautiful from every room and balcony. The pool was great to sit by in the late afternoon. We were close enough to Cruz Bay to easily drive in for dinner or groceries, but we loved being a little away from the busy areas and having a quiet relaxing place to come back to.

Even better than the pictures. The view is absolutely stunning and world class. The home is very tastefully appointed with many tiny details unlike a standard vacation rental. You can tell this is a prized family home first. Communication was also excellent.

Amazing views as soon as you walk in. The house was everything it was described as. Clean, modern, and plenty of room for everyone to relax. Would definitely recommend staying here for a trip to St John. Fish bay is a little bit of a drive to beaches and downtown Cruz bay but it is worth it for the peace and quiet. Navigation is limited by lack of GPS and cell service but is manageable.

Amazing views. Perfect location. Morning sunrise and evening sun sets. Pool was a nice place to sit around and talk about the amazing beaches from the day. Host was fantastic, Giving us some great advice and recommendations. The kitchen being open to the outside was so nice, warm breezes and amazing view. The house was perfect for the three couples to enjoy exploring St. John.

Amazing stay

We had a wonderful stay in St. John. The views from the property are amazing—pictures just don’t do it justice. We enjoyed separate sleeping spaces and the open air kitchen as well. Neighborhood is very quiet, peaceful and relaxing. Looking forward to our next visit!

We stayed 7 days over New Years Eve! Quiet and private location. Beautiful views. Stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. Chairs and cooler .for beach.. Will return !

Such a gem!

We absolutely loved staying at unicorn by the sea. Its views were amazing and the house had absolutely anything and everything we could need for our stay. Very well appointed it was clean and well designed/decorated. We will definitely be back. This place is a total find!

Great Location

This spot is perfect if you want to be out of town and away from the crowd. The view is amazing. Our 3 girls were comfy together in the guest room. The home owner and local manager were very accommodating and helpful. We would stay here again.

THE WALK IN VIEW IS SO MAJESTIC AND BEAUTIFUL. The open kitchen overlooking Fish Bay is like a dream come true. It's so incredibly calming, beautiful and the entire Villa is gorgeous. You walk in and immediately feel like Royalty.

Great spot. We had 6 people stay for 5 nights. The view speaks for itself. The pool was a fun place to hang out. The kitchen is well supplied. We had a small issue with the grill but the property owner was very responsive and worked to solve the issue.Eating dinner in the open air kitchen was a highlight. We all were comfortable and would stay here again.

Fabulous Escape

This property is absolutely beautiful and has everything you need for a fabulous stay in St John. The view from the main room and kitchen are gorgeous and a perfect place to enjoy meals together. The pool area is relaxing, comfortable and just so lovely. The rooms and bathrooms are comfortable, clean, private, have ample space and are perfectly outfitted. The host was so kind, friendly and helpful and always willing to help whenever we had questions about the house or the island! Would definitely love to stay here again if we are in St. John again.
