Cottage-like West Indie town house. Perfect for two couples or a family!

  • POLIZÓN es una casa unifamiliar de dos pisos ventosa; excelente para dos parejas o una familia. Es parte de un pequeño grupo 8 unidad conocida como VILLAS EN LA CUBIERTA SUPERIOR. Se encuentra justo por encima de la ciudad, por lo que el alquiler de coches opcional. Tres tiendas de comestibles están a pocos pasos de distancia.

    La primera planta consta de vestíbulo de entrada, salón, comedor, cocina, lavandería, medio baño, cubierta de comedor, y terraza con vista a la piscina y con vistas de St. Croix, la planta alta tiene dos dormitorios muy separadas, cada una con su propio baño y terraza . Un dormitorio tiene un altillo añadido.

    Jardines, árboles tropicales y una nueva piscina crean una sensación de las Indias Occidentales. Las vistas son fantásticas.

    Usted será recibido en el ferry, nos llevaron a la tienda de comestibles y se instaló en su casa por su bienvenida personal, que será capaz de responder a todas sus preguntas y estar disponible por teléfono durante su estancia.

Lovely cottage with amazing views. Location is good with quick access to local groceries and down to Cruz bay. Parking was easy with assigned spot for our villa. The arrangement of bedrooms is perfect for our family of 4. Living room and ample deck space made for some fun evening family gametime and relaxation. we largely had the pool to ourselves which was so nice.

We enjoyed our stay. Views were great and lodging was as represented. Nice to have the pool and a/c, washer and dryer and kitchen to prepare meals. Back up generator was great to know was there, but we never needed it. Communication with the host was great too! Would stay again.

As with any property in St John' the drive to the condo can be tricky with steep roads and driveway. Condo offers great views and only 1 mile from Cruz bay. Great communication with host on some power issues that were resolved. Its nice that there is a generator

Excellent stay!

Great home base while visiting St. John. Well stocked kitchen especially appreciated for cooking in. Beautiful views and great access to everything. Highly recommend!

Paradise Escape

Marcia’s property is comfortable & beautiful, providing everything you need to make your vacation amazing. The ocean view is absolutely breathtaking & we enjoyed every minute there. The pool was also wonderful & we all wanted to stay longer! We hope to return again one day!

Perfect for families

The view was amazing and this rental was perfect for our family of four. The complex was quiet and private. Plus, the pool and AC units in the bedroom made it an extra comfort stay. Communication with the owner was prompt and she provided tons of ideas and info for us.

Beautiful views, comfortable, a/c was great in sleeping areas. Are every meal on the balcony and never tired of the view. Owner communicated well. The road to get in is very steep but most of the roads on the island are— not bad but noteworthy. Had chickens and kittens for company, the pool was nice and clean.

My husband and 2 teens-18 year old son and 15 year old daughter had a blast at this adorable cottage like town home. There is a pool easily accessible but we hardly used it as we are beach people. Washer and dryer was super handy and kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials. We loved how the bedrooms were separated so each kid had their own private area with a bathroom. Road getting up to unit is steep so be prepared but fine once up there with a designated parking spot. You cannot beat the incredible view. Marcia was wonderful and easy to get a hold of. Don’t hesitate to book here!

Amazing property and even better owner! Marcia was a dream to work with. She provided us with a wealth of great information about St. John, which was really helpful. She was flexible with our arrival, setting us up with water ahead of time and helping us with our car rental. The property was beautiful, exactly as the pictures showed. We loved it!

Charming place with beautiful view

The host was wonderful and had lots of great suggestions for snorkeling, eating, beaches etc. the air conditioning in the bedrooms was great and I loved the open plan with incredible views off both the upstairs and downstairs. There was a nice pool but we didn’t use it since we stayed out hiking and snorkeling each day. The drive up was quite steep and I am glad we rented a Jeep . I would definitely stay here again!

Paradise

This place was amazing. It was great to have coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. The host was very responsive and answered ALL our questions. Definitely coming back and even got to speak with Marcia’s mom. First class!

Wonderful Winter Escape

Stowaway was a great place to stay on St John. It’s a beautiful hilltop property with spectacular views of Cruz Bay and was the perfect space for two couples. The owner provided a lot of helpful information ahead of our arrival and was very responsive. The unit came stocked with bathroom essentials & beach bags, chairs and towels. It was close to Starfish Market for a few groceries (bring your own bags) and town restaurants (5 min drives). Would definitely stay here again.

A little scary at first going up the hill. But easy if you take your time. Marcia was available and answered when needed. Property was beautiful. Nice layout

EXCELLENT

We stayed at Stowaway for a week in January 2023 and had a wonderful time! The villa had everything we needed and the rooms were very comfortable. The breezes and view on the first floor are just amazing - we really enjoyed the sea air! The kitchen is fully stocked, pool is clean and quiet, designated parking spot is a bonus. Check-in was a piece of cake - Marcia was an excellent host and checked on us a few times during our stay to see if we needed anything (which we didn't - everything was there for us!). We're already checking our calendar to book a few weeks at Stowaway - one is never enough!

The most quintessential St. John cottage!

Book the trip! Just do it. We had the absolute best stay on St. John with our family and our stay cottage made it so perfect. We had all the beach items, a grill for after a long day at the beach, TV to watch our Tigers play baseball and some precious kitties who would visit us. The pool was wonderful for an afternoon dip from our long days snorkeling! Marcia provided us with tips, tricks and all the recommendations for our agenda and stay. Grateful our time on the island and look forward to visiting again soon.

Wonderful views, outstanding service and great amenities – what’s not to love?

Stowaway was a great choice for our family – the views are great, the pool is right below the balcony so we could let the kids go by themselves and still see/hear, it is well stocked/furnished to prepare meals (barbecued a couple of times and the blender is great for making island beverages) and in a private lush setting while still being very close to Cruz Bay. The booking process, helpful information before we got there and arrival/greeting was very smooth, and when we did have a small problem (fan went out in the loft), it was taken care of that day. Overall it was a fantastic vacation and definitely recommend Stowaway!

Great place to stay on St John. Comes stocked with bathroom essentials & beach gear. Owner provided much helpful info ahead of our arrival and was very responsive to any issues that came up once there. Being a two-story unit with stairs, not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Road up to unit is steep, windy, & not well-marked but the payoff is spectacular views.
