  • MandeVilla Cottage at Ixora is a perfect for couples. Free standing cottage with amazing views and a 4 min. drive to Maho Bay Beach. Sunrise views of Coral Bay, and even the most amazing sunset view from the stone outdoor shower. Full kitchen to prepare meals and Weber gas grill. Washer Dryer and private parking space. Beautiful space to spend time on St. John. Lush landscaping and private pool.

    No refunds within 60 days of arrival. For family or weather emergencies you can purchase trip insurance through www.insuremytrip.com No refunds for tropical storms, hurricanes, or utility company power outages. We highly recommend trip insurance.
    Owner and Property Manager assume no liability to renters if they choose to stay in house during a storm. The house may need to be secured if there is an approaching storm.

Perfect place for a couple. Great location, magnificent views. We loved the location close to Francis bay and Maho. It’s tough to find a 1 bedroom stand alone villa this nice!

Mandevilla is great!! Beautiful home and views over coral bay, five minutes to the beaches, and a quick drive into either town. Have stayed here twice and will again for sure.

Wonderful property

We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay there again! The location was great with an amazing view and great privacy. The property was well maintained and provided a perfect homebase for us to explore St. John.

Perfect!

This villa was absolutely perfect for the two of us! Location was great! Everything was exactly as described, kitchen well stocked, check-in was easy. And the views are incredible from every room including the outdoor shower! We would definitely choose this home again on a future visit.

Stay here!

We could not have asked for a better stay in St John. The house was beautifully furnished, had amazing views, and a great location. Can’t wait to return!

Exactly what we were looking for!

We loved everything about MandeVilla. Comfortable furniture inside and outside, quality amenities (towels, beach chairs, appliances, kitchenware, etc.), great central location for adventures to anywhere on the island. We are looking forward to returning!

Honeymoon

Beautiful little house! The house was perfect for our honeymoon. We enjoyed sipping our coffee outside among the flowers and palms overlooking the Coral Bay. The privacy of our pool and outdoor shower was awesome!

Great place to spend a milestone birthday

My wife & I spent just over a week and loved every moment. Everything was perfect, what an amazing view. Very comfortable with everything you could want. Hopefully we will be able to come back soon.

A little slice of paradise

Just a wonderful and comfortable place. Had all the kitchen appliances, dishes, utensils and cook wear. The view from every room was amazing ( Coral Bay). Great location to the beaches such as Trunk Bay. The pool was clean and had a ledge which you could sit in the water. Was very quiet at night and great for star gazing

Winter Retreat

The villa is new & very comfortable. It is right next to Centerline road & you do hear some traffic noise. The outdoor shower was a bit chilly with the breeze in January. You cannot beat the view & the central location is ideal!!

Goldilocks

This was our third time to St. John and Mandevilla is the porridge that was just right. Location was great for travel in all directions. The view was perfect (you can see both sides of the island from the shower). Full time breeze, so no bugs. And private! The pictures absolutely represented the place honestly. Thank you for such a great visit to St John.

What a view

This place was a perfect location between Cruz Bay and Coral Bay. Everything was about 15-20min away, which was great. Maho Beach was really close. The pool was amazing (a little chilly) but beautiful. I wasn’t sure about outdoor shower at first, but I loved it. This place was perfect for us and would likely stay again. We enjoyed the AC in the bedroom and the breeze was perfect for the living area. The views were so pretty!

Absolutely gorgeous! Check in process and communication were super easy! The house was perfect for my husband & I. Host had a little welcome gift of snacks and delicious deli salads. Views were spectacular! House was very clean, well stocked, comfortable beds, amazing outdoor shower & perfect for us! Pool is chilly so we didn't spend much time in it. Driveway is straight up so make sure to have a 4 wheel drive jeep. Beach towels, chairs and cooler were provided which we used every day. St. Thomas was spectacular! Our favorite beaches were Cinnamon, Maho & Trunk Bay (but Trunk gets busy). We snorkeled most days & saw tons of beautiful fish, lots of sea turtles at Maho, sting rays, squid, starfish & a nurse shark. Favorite restaurants were Skinny Legs for super casual hamburgers, Longboard for tasty tacos & Morgan's Mango for a fancier dinner. By far the BEST food we had was Little Olive Food Truck!!!! Amazing greek food we are still talking about but it is only open certain days and specific times. Don't miss this place! Can't recommend this house or St. John enough! It was amazing from start to finish!

Beautiful!!

The house is in a beautiful spot. The pool is cool and refreshing. The AC blows cold if you need it but the breeze is all most will need.. EZ access to lots of great beaches. Maho is only 5 minutes and you will be swimming with the turtles. Management was the best I have dealt with. Owners are great too!! Thank you all!!

Beautiful cottage!

The house was lovely. Fully provisioned and extremely comfortable. The driveway was difficult, but that's to be expected on St. John. It was a bit chilly in the pool, but all-in-all, a lovely stay. Oh, and we couldn't get regular tv channels, which wouldn't have mattered except that there were football playoff games that we missed. But paradise nonetheless.
