Sapphire Peak was amazing! The location is ideal to visit both sides of the island easily and we were so close to the northern beaches. Being at the higher elevation allowed great breezes and far less mosquitoes than down in Cruz Bay. The check-in process was easy and the pictures accurate. We look forward to staying here again!

The host was so friendly and helpful. We were so grateful for a welcome basket from Northshore Deli goodies after a long day of travel. The house is well-equipped, clean, well-maintained, beautiful views, quite comfortable.

Sapphire Peak was great. Very clean and in excellent repair. Perfect for two. 10 minutes to Coral Bay ( great bbq at Johnny Limes) and to Francis or Maho beaches on the north shore. Good communication with the property managers.

Breathtaking Views

This villa is everything it was advertised as and so much more. Fully equipped, adorable place, the views are absolutely stunning and it has a very private feel to it. Highly recommend and fully intend to stay here again.

House is nice and secluded and your able to get to all the beaches and restaurants in Coral Bay Area in a short amount of time.

It’s way better in real life

Fantastic home in a great location for getting to North Shore beaches and Coral Bay. The views are amazing and the home had everything needed.

Beautiful home in great location

We spent 15 nights here in May and it still wasn’t enough! Villa and kitchen were well stocked with everything we needed. The view is beautiful and less than a 10 minute drive down to Maho or Francis. Not shown in the photos but the villa has a very nice grilling area well sheltered from the wind and convenient to the kitchen. Would definitely recommend

Beautiful stay

Sapphire Peak is a beautiful home with a breathtaking view. Close proximity to both North Shore and East End beaches and snorkeling was very important to us and did not disappoint. Restaurants in Coral Bay hit the spot.

Wonderful vacation villa!

This wonderfully-appointed villa met all of our needs during our week-long vacation with our best friends. The 2 king bedrooms on separate floors gave us just the right amount of privacy. The view of Coral Bay was breathtaking.

Property was in a good location and was actually nicer than the pictures, which is never the case.Check in/out process was simple. No issues whatsoever.

Sapphire Peak - great experience

If you are looking to get away and relax in modest luxury this is perfect! The quench pool was well maintained and a lovely way to end a day snorkling at the beaches. Kitchen is well appointed and easy to use. There is a nice brick patio to do morning yoga or stretches. Loved it!

very nice

It's beautiful property that is very private. Closer to the quiet side of the island and best beaches which was good for us. Had everything we needed for the most part. Pool was spotless. We cooked several nights and all was good there. It's a shame the screens are missing (as the ad says) as you will need to use the A/C at night to sleep.

Great place and view for us

We arrived late to the island so having Elian meet us at the ferry and led us to the house was great, especially since it was dark and new to driving on the left side of the road. We loved the view! We stayed in a couple of days, which was awesome to have access to full kitchen (staples/spices extremtly limited, so pack/buy accordingly) and we explored Coral Bay, Frances Trail and Maho Bay Beach. 10 mins to each! Which was perfect.

Amazing experience

Our stay at Sapphire Peak was fantastic! We were visiting for our honeymoon and our experience was beyond wonderful. The property owner and rep were very responsive and made sure we got to our villa okay. We looked at other reviews that mentioned there was food waiting for them when they arrived and just as they said, there was a basket of goodies waiting for us from North Shore Deli. It was so delicious and much appreciated after a long day of traveling. The property was very clean and the views were breathtaking. 10/10 recommend this place for your future vacations!

Wonderful!

My husband and I loved our stay at Sapphire Peak 2. The space is comfortable and well decorated and maintained. Our greeter James and Beth were so accommodating and we loved the surprise welcome basket of goodies they prepared for us at check in. The views are amazing looking down on Coral Bay and in the mountains. Loved having a plunge pool to dip in to after a long day on the beaches in the sun. The villa is very conveniently located near Coral Bay beaches but also only a 15 minute drive to Cruz Bay and beaches on that side of the island. The kitchen is well equipped and we cooked in several nights and enjoyed the serene surroundings. We would definitely recommend Sapphire Peak and hope to stay there again in the future.

Better than the photos

The villa was even better than the pictures and description. The house is open and clean. The beds were super comfortable with nice linens. The kitchen was well stocked, and the host communication was excellent. The pool was an absolute dream and the views were astounding. Having one bedroom on each story made for great privacy for two couples. Solid WiFi and great AC. The road to the house is rough, but no problem with a jeep. We loved the central location, as it was easy to hit a beach on any direction We felt like we were living in the lap of luxury on sapphire peak.

Amazing place

This property surpassed our expectations! The house was immaculately clean with high end finishes. I loved cooking in the kitchen with all its great amenities, high end cutlery and cookware. Beds were super comfy and oh my goodness the view! All exterior doors had kickstands which led to the most amazing breezes. We were even welcomed with a basket of goodies from a market nearby which was great for hungry travelers! I don’t typically write reviews but can’t say enough good things about this property!

Spectacular View, well appointed house

We traveled with our 30 year old son and his girlfriend to staybin St. John for the week. We wanted a really nice place as he was planning to propose to her. We hiked, snorkled, watched lizards and hermit crabs everyday! The house was stupendous! We woke every morning for sunrise and coffee on the upstairs patio before heading out, and after our adventures we loved coming back to the plunge pool and outdoor living room.The house was well stocked with everything we needed.The bedrooms on two separate floors provided some privacy for both couples.

Lovely Trip

The house is beautiful, clean and well appointed. The beds were very comfortable, as were the linens and pillows. The view down to Coral Bay was amazing. We didn’t get around to using the grill, but it fired right up when we checked it. The pool and deck were clean, and we enjoyed sitting outside when we were “home”. There were some fun little geckos and tree frogs to see at different times of the day too. If we ever come back to St. John, this home will be at the top of our list.

Sapphire Peak on Mamey Peak in St. John - wonderful!

We have been staying on St. John for two weeks just about every August for the last 20 years. Sapphire Peak is the first property that we have stayed in that provides central air conditioning, and it was a treat to cook without sweating! The JM Miller Property Management team was wonderful and very responsive. We had a problem with the pool, reported it, and it was fixed within hours. It is wonderfully close to all that we love, especially the North Shore beaches of Francis, Maho and Leinster Bays. Views are wonderful from the property. Highly recommend.

Sapphire Peak

Probably our fault for maybe not looking at the fine print. We always book 2 bedrooms but the only way to get to the second bedroom was outside down a spiral staircase- not great at night. Very well stocked and supplied. VERY windy and no screens on any of the windows to let the breeze blow through. Very rough terrain to get upto the villa definately needed a 4 wheel drive. But it’s St John and mostly expected. The views were spectacular.

Good Location

Needs more overhead lighting in all rooms. Lower level room had a musty smell and the dehumidifier always ran and would overflow. It was also very noisy and needed to turn off at night because of noise. Most of the outdoor lights that lighted the access to house were not working.
