Excellent location

Sea Palms was a perfect place to stay on St. John. The villa has great views and excellent outdoor space to enjoy them. The kitchen had everything needed for our stay and the house was in very good condition.

Better than the pictures

Beautiful home with excellent sunset view. Quiet, close location to Cruz Bay. Bedrooms were spacious. Kitchen well stocked with cooking tools. Look forward to staying again in the future.

Amazing!

We had such a great stay at this property. The host met us at the grocery store for us to follow him to the property. He showed us around, and gave us all the details we needed, along with recommendations on where to eat and places to go see. I highly recommend!

What a great place to stay!!

Great location. Absolutely PERFECT for 6 people (3 couples) so it was great for us. So well appointed, stocked, and maintained. The views are spectacular morning to night. Quiet neighborhood. Absolutely lovely. Would stay again!!!

Ladies Trip to Sea Palms

We loved Sea Palms. The location is great, the views are amazing and the property managers were responsive. They supply everything you need - nice beach chairs, towels. coolers, etc. Highly recommend!

Great location, Great house, great views

We had a fantastic time. It was super easy to get off the ferry, pick up a rental car and meet the property manager at the house. The island is so much fun, you have to have an adventurous spirit to maximize the time there but it’s so pretty. The house was great, super communication from the owners before we arrived

Fun for Six!

We had 3 couples and the 3 bedrooms with private bathrooms worked out perfectly. The view from the back porch, deck and pool was magnificent. The property is reasonably close to shops and restaurants, yet very private. The kitchen had everything we needed and we usually had breakfast on the porch overlooking the ocean before heading to one of the beaches. It was a very enjoyable stay for our group of six!

Great Vacation

JP was great for checkin and the home was better than advertised. With the power issues on the island we were unsure of our visit but the home actually has solar and Tesla powerwall battery backup which is a great peace of mind traveling with children. We will definitely come back!

Fabulous house just around the corner from Great Cruz Bay

This house is very well stocked from salt and pepper, to cooking spray and several other amenities such as 2 large beach towels & beach bags in all 3 rooms and chairs & coolers. The sunsets from the house were beautiful!

Best St. John trip ever!

This villa was just perfect for our family of four. Every one has their own en suite bathroom and had privacy. The pool was perfect after a day at the beaches. The kitchen was well stocked and the view was gorgeous! JP checked us in and showed everything around the villa. Will definitely be back!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was perfect for our family of five. Exceeded our expectations. Check-in and -out process were simple, property management was easy to work with as well. The treats they gave us from North Shore Deli were delicious and very thoughtful. Highly recommend booking this home for your vacation in St. John. We can't wait to return!!
