We absolutely loved our stay at this home in St. John. The view was incredible, and the calm, clear water made it perfect for snorkeling, paddle boarding, and kayaking right from the property (we rented a kayak and paddle boards from a local company). The house was spotless, well-stocked, and set up perfectly for our two families (4 adults and 5 teens) with plenty of space, two master suites, and great areas for both kids and adults to relax. The management company was outstanding—quick to respond to questions and very helpful when the island had a power outage, sending someone immediately to check the generator. The location felt private and peaceful, with easy access to a nearby market and great restaurants. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend both the home and the management team.

We had a great time, and I’d stay there again, but owners need to adddress a few things. The setting is beautiful. We enjoyed the deer that came to our door, the spacious house with room for we 6, plus room to spare.We also arrived to learn that the home next door was having an addition built so there was construction noise every day. That wasn’t management’s fault, just one of the things that can happen. There are also 3 markets nearby and convenient. Once construction is finished and a few furniture and maintenance items have been addressed, you’ll love staying here.

Great Villa Seaside

Loved the House, Loved the View, Loved the Vibe!! House provided all our needs… despite a few critiques, it was a fabulous stay and experience on the island! 2 misleading items were a kayak listed onsite and snorkeling from the house. Maybe at one time there was a kayak? But i asked our greeter and she confirmed we could rent one- definitely not a deal breaker just disappointed. Secondly, i personally entered the ocean from onsite and tho its definitely approachable its full of tall grass in this particular cove which is misleading from the pics; its possible someone started picking out the grass in front of the property which was kind but the bottom is so marshy it definitely wasn’t desirable to our families. But definitely enjoyed the great view and we had nice breezy weather which helped keep mosquitoes at bay. The deck is amazing, the outdoor bed so dreamy, and pool was used daily for dips and it surprisingly stayed soo cool which was refreshing! The volleyball net needs to be replaced so we didn’t want to be responsible for breaking it. Though there was a fancy coffee maker onsite, we followed instructions and couldn’t make it work, just blinked. But we were happy just to have the drip maker. Our King size sheets didn’t fit either of the King beds… constantly had to remake the beds daily. But beds were very comfortable and A\C was amazing and sufficient storage for our clothes. We couldn’t close the gate; so 3 donkeys entered 2 our surprise! so cute!

Peace an Tranquility

We chose this home for 8 friends to celebrate 60th birthdays. The home offered ample seating both inside and out! The view was absolutely perfect. The remote location offered the seclusion we were looking for, but did add to the cost of a taxi since we were 20 minutes from beaches, etc. The beds were very comfortable and the AC was an added bonus. The kitchen was well equipped except for wine glasses. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Family Setting

Seaside Breezes is a gorgeous spacious villa directly on the water. Highlights for our group was the great view, the sandlot and the pool. Great parking area also. Plenty of seating space for eating in but, the available kitchen supplies & utensils required the ability to adapt and overcome. The canopies over the deck and bay breezes are great while relaxing on out back. Make sure to bring plenty of mosquito repellant and anti-itch cream for all those mosquito bites. Thanks Carribean Villas for being great hosts.
