“On arrival staff were very welcoming. We were able to check in a little earlier and shown to our room and given all the info we needed for our stay. Quirky little pub with entrance to our room up a little staircase through the kitchen area. Stairs maybe a little tricky for some as they are quite steep. “Great rooms our second time staying at staycation and different suite this time everything went smoothly check in etc but no hot water in the room, wouldn’t have been a big issue but with it being December and the solution being to run across the hallway to another unit was cold Shanon was as helpful as she could be but with the cost of the stay this should have been checked before hand with a PPM check Out first stay in the de vere suite was a great stay but this time unfortunately wasn’t so...

Both these things ought to be spotless in a hotel, if they have cleaners then they are not doing their job properly!! The room was set for one person when the booking stated 2. We asked for another mug but didn’t realise about just one large towel until we had a shower and at that point just shared as unable to contact the desk unless we walked over to them.
