“The first room was just disgusting with someone else's hair in the shower. The second room had an issue with heat. Thermostat is malfunctioning. Not to mention one elevator with long waits to get to and from the lobby. We ate the buffet breakfast thinking it was included and got a $50 bill and my stomach wasn't good couldn't eat my supper and ending the evening with the Diarrhea. I book this think it was a luxury hotel. It was far from that.”

Myself and my 12 year old son had a 2 night stay and both nights we were so cold in our rooms, we had the heat up however the wind kept blowing in through the old windows and door. If it wasn't for the great staff this would be a horrible review. For the price I paid for a 2 night stay im greatly disappointed.”
