Great place to stay! Had a wonderful time visiting with family. This condo was perfect. Clean and comfy, and close to my in-laws house. Tom was quick with responses to questions. We will definitely stay here again!

Great getaway

Everything was clean, super well stocked kitchen, no issue with wifi, great for families, close to family friendly things to do, lot's of restaurants near by, and would recommend.

Wonderful space, beautiful and cute pool

This was a wonderful space for us with two kids. We loved spending two sunny days at the pool and the hosts were so kind and flexible with a very late checkout as we navigated some adoption logistics. We would definitely come again! Beds were super comfortable and they have a well stocked kitchen which is amazing with kiddos.

Great Home

Easy peasy

We stayed here with two teenage kiddos for a soccer camp and it was delightful. Easy access. The kitchen had everything we needed and more with the exception of a coffee grinder. Amazingly clean. Lots of towels and extra pillows. It was perfect.

Perfect place for our family while visiting JAX for the Mayo Clinic. Our children had lots to do and were not happy we had to leave!! Quiet, beautiful, clean!! Would definitely stay again.

We appreciated our hosts home. It was clean and close to the wedding venue. the apartment was conveniently located. If we return as a group in the future, we will reach out to our hosts to see if they have an opening.Prior to our arrival the hosts did reach out to make sure we had all the information necessary to check in and answer any questions.

Enjoyed Stay

Came to Jacksonville for grandson's baseball tournament, fairly close (15 minutes) to venue. Unit was very clean, well stocked. Never saw the pool but didn't really look hard to find. We would stay here again if needed. Thanks

Comfy and convenient!

We were in town for my parent’s 50th wedding anniversary and needed a few extra beds for the family. This condo worked perfectly - it was nearby the rest of our family, as well as convenient to anything else we might need. The beds were very comfortable and the hosts were very responsive. We’ll definitely keep this place in mind for future visits!

Wonderful Stay!

We had a wonderful time staying at this condo. It is spacious and very clean. It is located close to shopping and across the street there is a strip mall with 2 great restaurants and a convenience store, plus an Urgent Care just in case. The area is quiet and has lots to do for the kids with parks and the pool. We will definitely rent again.

Graduation

We enjoyed the location of the property. It was within 1/2 block to walk to restaurants and ice cream place in one direction and within walking distance to pool in another if you choose not to go out in car. Home was comfortable and quiet. Only downside was parking- only enough room for one car in parking spot. If you had another car or people over, they parked around corner if you could find a spot. I definitely will look at this again next year for the next graduation. Thank you to property owners for sharing your home with us.

This was a comfortable and clean condo. The two bathrooms made it easy for the three of us to shower and get ready for the day. The beds were comfortable. One bedroom had a TV which was nice as I like to watch TV before falling asleep. The condo was fully stocked.

The condo was clean and the furniture was comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked. The beds were comfortable and there was a TV in one of the bedrooms. The two full bathrooms made it easy for the three of us to shower and get ready in the morning. It was easy to communicate with the property manager.

Fantastic amenities

A great stay With a ton of positives. The pool was a little difficult to locate, and the law was hard to close. We figured out if you hold the door shut while you push the button, it works perfectly. It was super clean and quiet department was well kept in the perfect location for our soccer camp. The gym and pool were amazing. I would stay in heartbeat.

Relaxing Location

Rented this property as it was near a friend of ours we were visiting for their Christmas Party. Property was clean and well represented by the pictures. We enjoyed our stay. One note is the entrance to the unit is very hidden around the side of the building behind some large palms. Took us a while to figure out how to get in.
