  • Welcome travellers to studio apartment situated in the heart of St`Julians, being just steps away from Malta’s most popular main attractions, perfect for those wanting the ultimate experience!

    The apartment is equipped with all amenties for a comfortable stay, making it good for both short & extended stays. Enjoy the summer breeze in the private balcony while taking in the beauty of the surroundings.

    High-speed Wifi available for those wishing to catch up on work & AC also included.

    NOTE: Reception is available from the morning till around 4pm which will attend your needs. Building is very secure, and is equipped for both short and long term rentals.

    Enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi, AC, and ACCESS TO ROOFTOP TERRACE TO ALL GUESTS within the block.

    Living Spaces| Also, the apartment is equipped with a dining area and a sofa looking at the TV (Connected to the internet).

    Kitchen| Fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils necessary to fix a good meal! The kitchen also boasts an oven and a hub.

    Linens| At 360 Estates, we love a good night`s sleep, all linens provided are of the highest quality and all beds are made! We also provide 2 towels per person on each bed. If the sofa bed is used, we will also provide and prepare the bed accordingly.

    Laundry| Washer inside the apartment available for free use.

    Getting around from our Meridian Suites is easy and convenient, thanks to the excellent transport links in the area.

    For those looking to explore St Julians and the surrounding neighbourhoods, there are several bus stops within walking distance of the suites. The local bus service operates regular routes to popular destinations such as Valletta, Sliema, and the nearby beaches, making it a convenient and affordable way to get around.

    For those who prefer to travel by taxi, there are several taxi stands in the area, and we would be happy to help arrange a taxi for you upon request.

    If you`re looking to explore the island independently, renting a car is a great option. There are several car rental companies located nearby, and we would be happy to provide recommendations.

    For those who prefer to explore on foot, the location of our suites in the heart of St Julians means that many of the area`s top attractions and amenities are within easy walking distance. With Spinola Bay just a stone`s throw away, you can enjoy a leisurely stroll along the waterfront, take a dip in the Mediterranean, or indulge in a meal at one of the many waterfront restaurants.

    Very important notes before booking:

    - Many of the language schools are at a walking distance, making it perfect for short and longer term rentals, with access to a very strong WIFI.

    1. For over and above 3-week bookings, an additional 50 Euro per person per month is to be paid, which will be sent via AIRBNB as an extra cost after booking which will cover the extra water and electricity consumed. (Max to be paid is 150 Euro)

    2. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours, especially with respect to extra noises. Not abiding by these rules can come in unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.

    3. During the lovely summer season, although we do sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately, this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)

    4. An early check-in can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.

    5. Check-ins are done or by one of our team or by self-check-in where we will send you all the details beforehand.

    6. Waste schedules are given at the check-in and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise, we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.

    7. What is included in the apartment? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)

    - Shower gels
    - Liquid Soap
    - Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
    - Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
    - Garbage bags
    - Linens for the bed
    - 2 Towels per person

    8. No additional guests who are not part of the booking are allowed to sleep at any time on the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.
