  • Welcome travellers to our charming penthouse situated in the heart of St Julians just steps away from the promenade, cafes, restaurants & the night life of Paceville and english schools.

    Upon entering our property our guests are welcomed by a lovely living space with a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living area with access to a large terrace overlooking beautiful greenery views. Also included is a 1BR with a double bed.

    A perfect stay for both long/short rentals with WIFI & AC

    Living Spaces| Unwind in the inviting living room, featuring a comfortable sofa bed. Stylish decor and ample natural light create a cozy atmosphere. If Sofa bed is used, linens and towels will be provided accordingly. Also included is a large SMART TV amazing for those NETFLIX nights.

    Step onto the spacious terrace and soak in breathtaking views of St Julians. Perfect for morning coffees or evening relaxation.

    Kitchen| Culinary enthusiasts will delight in the modern kitchen, boasting top-notch appliances and ample counter space for preparing delicious meals.

    Linens| At 360 Estates, we love a good night`s sleep, all linens provided are of the highest quality and all beds are made! We also provide 2 towels per person on each bed. If the sofa bed is used, we will also provide and prepare the bed accordingly.

    Laundry| Washer inside the apartment available for free use.

    For those looking to explore St Julians and the surrounding neighbourhoods, there are several bus stops within walking distance of the suites. The local bus service operates regular routes to popular destinations such as Valletta, Sliema, and the nearby beaches, making it a convenient and affordable way to get around.

    For those who prefer to travel by taxi, there are several taxi stands in the area, and we would be happy to help arrange a taxi for you upon request.

    If you`re looking to explore the island independently, renting a car is a great option. There are several car rental companies located nearby, and we would be happy to provide recommendations.

    For those who prefer to explore on foot, the location of our suites in the heart of St Julians means that many of the area`s top attractions and amenities are within easy walking distance. With Spinola Bay just a stone`s throw away, you can enjoy a leisurely stroll along the waterfront, take a dip in the Mediterranean, or indulge in a meal at one of the many waterfront restaurants.

    Very important notes before booking:

    - Many of the language schools are at a walking distance, making it perfect for short and longer term rentals, with access to a very strong WIFI.

    1. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours, especially with respect to extra noises. Not abiding by these rules can come in unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.

    2. During the lovely summer season, although we do sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately, this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)

    3. An early check-in can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.

    4. Check-ins are done or by one of our team or by self-check-in where we will send you all the details beforehand.

    5. Waste schedules are given at the check-in and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise, we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.

    6. What is included in the apartment? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)

    - Shower gels
    - Liquid Soap
    - Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
    - Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
    - Garbage bags
    - Linens for the bed
    - 2 Towels per person

    7. No additional guests who are not part of the booking are allowed to sleep at any time on the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.
