  • Welcome travellers to our charming & conveniently located duplex apartment, perfect for your stay in the city. With its cozy ambiance & modern amenities, this 1-bedroom retreat comfortably sleeps up to three guests, as a SOFA-BED is also included.

    This beautiful duplex boasts a delightful terrace adorned with comfortable outdoor furniture, allowing you to relax and enjoy the fresh air in style.

    To ensure your utmost comfort, the apartment is equipped with a fully equipped kitchen, AC and WiFi

    All the apartment has air-conditioning and wifi!

    Living Spaces| A sunny front terrace with distant sea views equipped with tables and chairs where our guests can enjoy and relax their mornings with coffee and tea! Also, the apartment is equipped with a dining part, a sofa looking at the TV (Connected to the internet), and also a very comfy bed.

    There is a SOFA-BED in the living area, providing an extra sleeping option for a third guest.

    Additionally, this duplex apartment boasts a delightful outdoor terrace adorned with comfortable outdoor furniture, allowing you to relax and enjoy the fresh air in style!

    Kitchen| The well-equipped kitchen in this duplex apartment provides everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. It features modern appliances including a stove, oven, refrigerator, and microwave, allowing you to cook and store your groceries with ease. The kitchen also comes stocked with essential cookware, utensils, and dishes, ensuring you have everything you need for your culinary endeavours. With ample counter space and storage cabinets, the kitchen offers functionality and practicality for your cooking needs.

    Bedrooms| 1 Bedroom, with a double bed, for extra guests we will open the sofa bed in the living room, prepared with linens and towels just like a normal comfortable bed.

    Linens| At 360 Estates, we love a good night`s sleep, all linens provided are of the highest quality and all beds are made! We also provide 2 towels per person on each bed. If the sofa bed is used, we would also provide and prepare the bed accordingly.

    Bathrooms| 1 bathroom, with a very strong pressured shower! There is also an extra guest toilet accessible from the kitchen and dining area.

    Laundry| Apartments have access to the washing machine, dryers, cleaning equipment, iron, iron board, toiletries, and anything our guests would require to make their stay that much more special.

    24/7 Access to all the amenities of the penthouse.

    For those who prefer to travel by taxi, there are several taxi stands in the area, and we would be happy to help arrange a taxi for you upon request.

    If you`re looking to explore the island independently, renting a car is a great option. There are several car rental companies located nearby, and we would be happy to provide recommendations.

    For those who prefer to explore on foot, the location of our suites in the heart of St Julians means that many of the area`s top attractions and amenities are within easy walking distance. With Spinola Bay just a stone`s throw away, you can enjoy a leisurely stroll along the waterfront, take a dip in the Mediterranean, or indulge in a meal at one of the many waterfront restaurants.

    No matter your preferred mode of transportation, our Meridian Suites offer a great base for exploring all that Malta has to offer.

    Very important notes before booking:

    NOTE:

    - The apartment is not served with a lift however it is on the first floor.

    1. For over and above 3 week bookings, an additional 50 Euro per person per month is to be paid, which will be sent via AIRBNB as an extra cost after booking which will cover the extra water and electricity consumed. (Max to be paid is 150 Euro)

    2. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding to these rule can come to unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.

    3. During lovely and summer season, although he do sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)

    4. An early checkin, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.

    5. Checkins are done or by one of our team or by self checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand.

    6. Waste schedule are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.

    7. What is included in the apartment ? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)

    • Shower gels
    • Liquid Soap
    • Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
    • Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
    • Garbage bags
    • Linens for the bed
    • 2 Towels per person

    8. No additional guests which is not part of the booking is allowed to sleep at any time in the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.

    9. Smoking inside the property is not permitted and any smoke detectors found removed will be charged accordingly.
    10. Any damages or missing items will be charged directly to the guest/s.
