Our stay was good. It is an older historical neighborhood and did have traffic. We parked in the front as our giant suv couldn't maneuver the rear parking pad there are white lines on the curb to help you park away from the fire hydrant and not in the neighbors area. The home was clean and updated. Beds were comfy enough. Kitchen was well equiped. The only thing that through us for a loop was the master bedroom has no door on it facing the living room. It only has a door facing the kitchen. The layout of the home requires you to walk from living room to master bedroom then through a door to kitchen , bath, and spare room with a queen that has a barn door. But the master does not have a door facing the living area.. i guess i didnt recognize this in the pictures. So if you need or want privacy it's not possible. My husband and I stayed with our 25 yr old daughter and her best friend so we would have liked the privacy. But we made it work. I think families with small kids, girls trips, etc it would work great for! The zoo was 10 minutes away or less, 4 minutes to botanical gardens, 15 min to grants farm and about 15 min to the galleria. And 15 min. to downtown. We found an italian bakery on the hill a few blocks from.the home. Overall our stay was as expected.
