We really enjoyed Leamington Lounge. It had easy keyless entry for our late night arrival. We loved the tall ceilings, which give the place an open, airy feel. Does have AC, but we opted to turn off and open the windows for a nice cross breeze during our 85 degree stay. Great light from the equally tall windows. We had to leave our chocolate lab home on this trip. However, the layout is perfect for both humans and dogs alike. The beds were genuinely comfortable (not always the case). The place was immaculate and well cared for. We also loved the back deck to sit and unwind. The neigborhood was teeming with life - people in their gardens, walking their dogs, etc. It was in a perfect location for visiting our family in Maplewood and Webster Groves areas. One thing to note for future guests: there isn't a master bedroom or full bath on the main level. Easy carpeted steps though. Something to keep in mind depending on your needs. We had a great experience and would definitely stay here again on our next visit! The Post and Piccadilly at Manhattan will be included on our list.

Roomy first floor with living room, dining room, kitchen, and 1/2 bath with laundry. Kitchen was stocked nicely with spices, pots and pans, dishes, etc. Since we were only there for 2 nights, we did not do any cooking. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels. There were areas where the walls needed patching/painting and rhe icemaker in the refrigerator appeared to be frozen and it made a loud noise, so we shut it off.

Comfortable house with plenty of room for everyone. Cutest neighborhood great location so easy to get to everything and the best little backyard for the dog or great walking around the area.Great hanging out at The Post for college football!
Comfortable back porch to watch squirrels. But you do have to have mosquito spray.
Walk or drive over to Manchester in Maplewood and check out the cute and fun shops.

The house was easy to find and loved that it was at the end of a street. Everything we needed was as expected and loved having the fenced in back yard and long driveway for our vehicle. It was also quite a treat to sit out on the porch early morning and watch the wild bunnies roaming about. We would definitely stay again.

The house is in an excellent location to get out and explore St. Louis and the surrounding areas. Almost everything we wanted to see or do was really close. We also enjoyed the gaming systems and ping pong table. It was clean and comfy, a nice “home away from home”! FYI … a lot of mosquitoes in the backyard, which we are used to at home, so just bring some OFF.

Perfect location

The Leamington Lounge was the perfect place for three adult family members visiting St. Louis to attend performances of the Opera Theater of St Louis at nearby Webster University. The neighborhood was very quiet. The set up of the house was just right for us. Despite the heat wave the house stayed very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. The nearby neighborhood had a good selection of places to eat out.

Lovely Stay in Comfortable Home and Perfect Location!

We loved our stay in Maplewood! The house layout was perfect for our two year and 6 month old. We were able to set up the pack n play in the upstairs bathroom for our 6 month old and then our 2 year old was comfortable in the spare bedroom while we enjoyed the master bedroom and king bed! The main floor layout was perfect for our kids to play, relax and watch movies, especially with the giant bean bag. And then we had plenty of room for 3 couples and their kids to come over for dinner and play. The basement was a big hit with the extra toys, giant connect 4, ping pong, and even more space to run around! The location is great for getting on either highway and is super close to lots of great local restaurants. We LOVED the driveway and being tucked away so there was not a lot of traffic on the street. We also were able to easily get groceries, food, and even wine/beer delivered. Adrian was great and quick to get back to us with any questions or concerns. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be using this as our homebase for future St. Louis visits. Thank you again for a great, stress free stay!

'25 Spring Break

Perfect fun weekend

We enjoyed your home! Clean, great location, everything we needed for the weekend. Your home suited our needs perfectly. We grilled out a couple of times, enjoyed football on the living room tv. We will be back!

It was a great visit! We had a very nice and comfortable stay. The house is close to all the things we like to do when we visit the Maplewood/Webster Groves area. It has a very walkable neighborhood, and it is just around the corner from a nice restaurant (be sure to try the pot roast). Adrian was quick to respond to any questions that we had.
