The 3bed/2 full bath home is equipped with mini crib and mattress, rocking chair, two strollers, child books, family games, toys, and is baby-proofed throughout the home w/child gates. You will have access to this entire home located near the Zoo and Forest Park, walkable to Dogtown restaurants and central to most all of Saint Louis' attractions.

When parking in the back of the home, there are 4 single steps before entering the home with key in entry system. When entering from the front of the home, you will walk up 10 stairs before entering through the front door with key in entry system.

The full kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, stove, full fridge and freezer with ice maker, microwave, toaster, tea kettle, espresso machine, drip coffee machine, silverware, pots and pans, cooking utensils, child wear ( plates, bowels, forks, spoons, cups, & cups with lids and straws) crock pot, glass wear, wine glasses, plates, bowls, strainer, steamer, baking pans (bread, cake, cookie, muffin, and pizza). Dishwasher detergent, espresso, coffee, tea, and spices are included.

The living room includes a large sectional, ottoman, oversized chair, children books, book shelf, decorative fireplace, & 50 in smart TV (all 4 smart TV's throughout the home are logged into Disney+, Hulu, Apple+, and ESPN+ for your convenience. Feel free to log into any of your own accounts on the many applications).

The dining room (located in the same space as the living room) includes a dining table with generous seating.

The 1st floor bathroom includes a walk-in shower. It can be accessed through the dining room or the 1st floor bedroom (privacy locks on either side).

The 1st floor bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed, 43 in. Smart TV, twin trundle bed, black out curtains, closet, attached full bathroom, ceiling fan and one side table with lamp and outlets for phones, etc.

The 2nd floor is accessible by 15 stairs. The 2nd floor includes two bedrooms and one full bathroom with jetted tub.

Bedroom One located on the 2nd floor includes one king size bed, 50 in smart TV, one twin trundle bed, one mini crib (which can be easily moved to other rooms), large walk in closet, standing or sitting desk with chair, black out curtains, ceiling fan, and two side tables with lamps, outlets for phones, & sound machine.

Bedroom Two on the 2nd floor includes one king size bed, 50 in smart TV, rocking chair (which can easily be moved to other rooms), large closet, black out curtains, and one side table with lamp and outlet for phones, and sound machine.

The 2nd floor full bathroom includes a jetted tub with shower.

The basement of the home includes one washer and dryer, utility sink, pool table, fooz-ball table, dinning table and chairs, and poker set.

The front of the home has key in entry system, free street parking, covered front porch with extendable table and chairs for lounging.

The back of the home has a large fenced in yard with patio, outdoor dining table, children's play set, sandbox, fire pit (skewers available for roasting), gas grill and key in entry to the home for easy guest access.

The back of the home has one single open space parking spot. There is ample free parking in front of the home if you come with more than two vehicles.
