I was pleasantly surprised by this property. I travel ALLOT and mostly hotels but this little motel was clean and well taken care of. Staff was also aware and attentive. Clean and a very convenient location by the highway.

I made reservations for this hotel 2 days in advance. I checked in my first night no problem. The next day 2 guys come walking in my room while I’m in the bathroom. Told this was my room, they left. 5 mins later the hotel manager comes to the room, asking to see my itinerary, I show it to him. About 30 mins later he comes back telling me I wasn’t on his list for the hotel and I needed to leave. I told him I wasn’t going anywhere, I paid for this hotel room for 3 days, I once again showed him the itinerary, once again tells me I wasn’t on his list. Asked who let me in the room, I didn’t know his name but he had no problem putting me up in the room. He told me I needed to leave. I refused. He said he would give me the first night I stayed for free, and I needdd to leave by 3pm it was 2:50pm. I again refused!! He told again I wasn’t on his hotel itinerary. I told him it wasn’t my problem I have my itinerary showing I paid. He said to leave or he was calling authorities. I didn’t want conflict so I left. I called Expedia and they refunded me my money. I just didn’t like how the hotel manager handled the situation, very unprofessional and had no care in the world!! Maybe others will have a better experience than I did!! But I will not be staying there again!!

older motel needs upgrading, like painting room doors. Staff members were friendly and the room was clean and ready. There were many restaurants over the overpass from I-70 West to find something to eat.

Everything was at best old, at worst broken, and filthy on average. Last remodel was in the 90s, and the walls likely not cleaned since.

Very old, no landline, no wifi, tubs are like an RV tub, door didn’t latch without body checking. Smells old.

Stay away
The room was filthy. Upon check in, the gentleman working the counter was not friendly. I asked for recommendations on a place to go eat, I was told to just drive, I’ll find something. I am not from the area and would have liked a little more guidance. The location itself is close to Main St and outlet malls.

Check in lady gave me an smoking room when I booked an non smoking room. she had the rudest attitude, cursed me out and threw the keys to me. accused me of smoking in an room, stated it was note in file but couldnt say an date, time or report number. the room toilet overflooded, bathroom tube wouldnt drain. informed morning checking in lady of last night incident and was giving key to new room for complimatary stay and later the day the new front desk guy when i asked him for towels cause there was no towels in the room, kicks us out of the hotel saying Angie the front desk lady never informed them of the stay. My character was dafamated and i ended up having to pay for an room i didnt reserve and got no compesation just more bad treatment. i shall be filing an federal tort claim against hotel. police was treathen agaisnt me for no good reason just as a way for the hotel to not have to explain their bad decision as far as customer service

Anyone who has read my reviews knows my biggest pet peeve is water pressure in the shower. The water pressure here was adequate, although I will say that the shower head was a little low for my taste. I am 5'10" and it was hitting me in the back of the head. I would have to be someone taller trying to take a shower. My one knock on this hotel was that the wi-fi was pretty bad.

This property is shabby looking for the price charged. I stayed at an Extended Stay hotel in the area for the same price and the hotel was excellent.

The Front Desk Here is a Staffing Disaster
The front desk was not staffed several times when I (and others) went in. Ringing the "night bell" didn't help. One of the desk folks said he had to be away gathering the info about getting rooms cleaned. The guy who finally showed up the other time didn't seem to understand basic procedures like checking someone in early or giving a receipt--in part because his understanding of English may have been poor and his accent made it hard for most customers to understand him. I found myself explaining to him what other customers were requesting.
